What Your Chef Will Do!
I will begin by planning a menu just for you. It could include not only the entrees and sides from our mouth– watering selections but also your favorite family dishes you rarely have the time to prepare. I will take the time to shop for the finest and freshest ingredients at your local market, or the places I know that carry the items we need. If you prefer organic or specialty foods, those can be included on your shopping list as well. I will then prepare the meals in your kitchen using classic cooking techniques that enhance the flavors and retain the nutrients. After the food is prepared, I can package and store the meals in your refrigerator or freezer. You will be provided with easy to understand, detailed re-heating instructions. At the end of the day, your kitchen is as it was found. All that will remain is the aroma of your delightful meal.
History
Established in 1997.
Chef Deborah A Spriggs-Ross is presently the only African American female Chef in Milwaukee Wisconsin that is a member of the prestigious membership of the finest female chefs in the Country. Along side of her is this country recognized chefs such as the late Julia Childs and Barbara Troop, Sherry Yard executive pastry chef at Wolfgang Puck’s restaurant Spago Beverly Hills and Cristeta Comerford the first female chef of the white house. She has developed her passion for cooking and entertaining into a career as a Chef /Cooking Instructor. Chef Deborah Attended (MATC) Milwaukee Area Technical College.
Chef Deborah has taken her skills learned to a new level and is now teaching youth around Milwaukee in partnership with local YMCA’s, MPS, River-West Healthy Initiatives, OW-Holmes, COA and other educational venues that are youth serving. After bridging careers for more than twenty (20) years as a Social Services professional in the Non-For Profits Arena she began her culinary career
