Double Tree

I stayed here because I attended the Bucks vs Bulls game. For something of this nature, this hotel is THE PERFECT hotel. It took my wife and I about 6 minutes to walk to the Bradley center and I never felt unsafe. The hotel it self has valet parking for 15 dollars a night, which we did and was well worth it. The staff was extremely nice. The room was very clean and our king sized bed was great and comfortable. The breakfast buffet was also very nice. The downtown area around the hotel has a few museums, the bradley center and a handful of places to eat. I would 100% stay at this hotel again if I had an engagement downtown. I commented to my wife multiple times how nice everything was and how great the staff were. Book will confidence you will have a great stay!!!

The hotel was nice. The room was a decent size, and I felt the bathroom was adequately sized. Nothing really stood out about the room, but it was a pleasant stay.
Upon check-​in we received, seemingly, fresh chocolate chip cookies. It was a nice touch and had our party commenting on how good they were.
The biggest downer about this hotel is that there isn’t a self park option. If you want your car parked at the hotel you have to opt for valet, at $ 15. It is automatically charged to your room bill, so it’s not a huge inconvenience but it just felt like a ‘hidden fee.‘
The free WiFi was a pleasant surprise, as it seems like most hotels charge you for it as well.

After asking housekeeping to deliver toothpaste while at breakfast, my iPhone was stolen from our room. Not what you would expect from any reputable establishment.

Decent hotel. I’m on the 4^th floor with a view of a no so beautiful parking garage. The room is kinda like a cave, but it’s alright.
There’s a fresh coat of paint and new furniture all around the hotel, but it’s still an older hotel. SMALL bathrooms. NICE bed. clean but not immaculate.
good service.
