Consumer Dental Associates

I don’t even know where to start. First of all the place is hard to find and looks sketchy. The building the office is in is dirty and abandoned looking. I walk in the office and speak to a black receptionist with short hair, this woman is the most unprofessional idiot that doesn’t know how to do her job ever! I tell her I have 2 insurances but I would like to use the state insurance.
She replies with a snappy remark and just overall is no help. I end up taking my card and leaving. This place was a last resort for me, ONLY because I figured the prices would be cheaper considering its state operated. The stupid receptionist replied that the state only pays for «very very basic treatments». Which I honestly believe is not true but *shrug* I’m not use to using the state dental insurance.
Don’t go here. Seriously, if you can go somewhere else if there accepting new patients go. Place needs new staff and fire the black lady. She was a true bxtch!

Love the staff and service is quick and I recommend to all my co workers have been going there for years. The facility is extremely clean and the doctors are very pleasant

I called here today to try to set up an appointment, but the lady that anwered the phont could not wrap her head around my insurance, and was incredibly rude to me. If that is the image this clinic wants to project to potentially new patients, they are probably pretty terrible.
