This place has an even wider variety of stuff than the last time I was in. Do you want party decorations in only one color? They have a section for that… who knew?
This is a good place to shop if you’re looking for diverse and different decorations and costumes, but if you’re looking for disposable dinnerware and such, there are cheaper options elsewhere.

This is kind of a crappy Bartz’s — it’s a bigger footprint than the store closest to our house, yet they somehow manage to have less selection.
Like other Bartz’s locations they never really change or rotate stock so if you need some Oktoberfest stuff in March you’ll have no issue at all finding something. They also do a good job stocking decorations for super-specific theme parties (tiki, zombie, Elvis).
That said, the employees here are even LESS helpful than at other locations (honestly, I did not think that was possible). Also, the restrooms are located between the entrance doors which creates an airlock of AWFUL. Gross, people…

It’s a pretty sterile location with pretty uninterested employees — I’ve never once been helped or asked if I needed help when I’m wandering the aisles, but it’s close to my house and has pretty much always needed what I wanted.
The prices can be hit or miss — I think sometimes they know they’re the only game in town and so take advantage in their pricing. Be smart and comparison shop online. I’ve found some things to be cheaper there and others to be overpriced.

Great prices and décor for the whole year! A huge variety of birthday decoration themes and almost any decoration you could need for any party. As a German teacher, i wanted oktoberfest décor for my German classroom in August. No prob. And better prices than what i found online! Very very happy!
