The staff is always very friendly. They helped me save money by finding a unit that was just the right size for my needs. Getting in and out is easy. My belonging are secure. Peace of mind and great service. I recommend it if you need storage.

My boyfriend and I found ourselves in need of a place to store all of our belongings. My boyfriend did some research to see what the best option was and found armour. The woman who helped us was friendly and knowledgeable. We especially loved that you could drive right into the facility to unload. The facility seemed cleaned and safe. So far we are happy with our experience!

This place is a mixed bag but in the end they just want maximum revenue. Their service is terrible and they don’t get back to you. Jill at the office is rude. They imposed a fee increase more than doubling my monthly cost WITHOUT NOTICE TO ME. I called once I noticed it and they were unrepentant and offered nothing other than moving out. Nice facility because it is indoors but the package is dramatically diminished by the service and business practices.

We unexpectedly found ourselves about to lose the garage we rented and needed to find a place to store our motorcycles for the winter. My husband had been to the facility for work-​related reasons, and suggested we check it out further. I was very impressed with the cleanliness and reasonable prices. It was a very well-​run operation and we never had a moment’s worry about our bikes. I’d highly recommend it to anyone.
The location was perfect for us too since we live nearby. In addition, it’s tucked away next to the railroad tracks not far from Potawatami, but it’s out of the way so you don’t need to worry about being hassled by anyone. It’s quite safe.

My experience with Armour was fantastic. My initial meeting with the landlord was very pleasant and they had immediate availability. I felt secure accessing the unit because of the security cameras and hours of operation. I also love that police train their dogs in the facility. The building is heated and has drive up access to the elevator, which is very convenient. I will gladly refer friends and family to this company in the future.

Truly the best storage operation in town. If you are a Third Ward or Fifth Ward resident, you couldn’t ask for a safer, cleaner, brighter, or better managed facility to store your valuables. Moving from a three-​bedroom bungalow to an industrial loft required a lot of downsizing, and Armour has helped me go «minimalist» with its convenient, nearby storage services. Don’t clutter up your condo — invest in Armour. It’s so worth it!
