The Ugents are simply wonderful people who go out of their way to make you feel comfortable and welcome regardless of whether you are spending $ 200 or $ 12,000. We go up there twice a year, once to put my wife’s coats in storage and once to pick them up. They greet her by name when she walks in, asks how she is doing, etc. On several occasions we have had relatively minor services done to things that we have not bought there fixed or repaired at no cost.
Just a nice place to do business.
