I often bring my dog here to be boarded when I am traveling. I really appreciate the webcams in each room and play room so I can check in on her. There is a large variety of rooms and pricing to fit most budgets. She gets a lot of attention during play groups from the staff which I definitely appreciate! Overall this is a nice, clean facility and I definitely recommend it.

AWESOME job with our Bichon and MaltiPoo. Moved to Pace from CA in January. We used another groomer (I reviewed on Unilocal). It was TERRIBLE, so I was cautious today. Received both dogs back smelling good and clipped perfectly. We will certainly continue to use We Tuck ‘Em In. Also for boarding. They have a nice facility.

HORRIBLE experience. I boarded my 7 month old German Shepherd there for 3 nights. While checking in, my husband and I asked several questions, specifically to make sure that our dog would be allowed in playgroup. The worker who was checking us in was an absolute flake and even answered a phone call during our conversation. Apparently he got some big news on that call because he just got up in the middle of checking us in, and said, «I’m going to kill him» and left. I should have left too.
However, we were desperate, so we stayed. I called two days later to check on my dog and the receptionist told me that everything was going well, but that they were not allowing him in play group because he was showing signs of aggression. I asked the receptionist for the full story because I had NEVER seen my dog show any signs of aggression. She left the phone for 5 minutes to go «get the story.» When she returned she told me that my dog raised his fur at another large dog while in play group and that was the full extent of his aggressive behavior. She also told me that they were keeping him from play group because the staff was afraid of my dog. WHY WHY WHY WHY WHY would you hire someone who is afraid of a PLAYFUL PUPPY simply because of his size? So ridiculous.
So my husband and I CUT OUR VACATION SHORT to come pick up our dog. When we arrived we told the receptionist that we did not feel comfortable paying the full price because we did not receive all of the service we paid for (play group). She instantly sounded the alarms-​literally. She got on the intercom and said, «HOLD ALL DOGS, CUSTOMER IS REFUSING PAYMENT.» She could not have been more dramatic. We wanted to speak with a manager/​owner and find out what actually happened over the weekend and to find out how our dog was treated.
Finally, another woman got the owner on the phone for us who started out our conversation by laughing and saying, «Oh, your dog is so cute, he had a blast here, he didn’t have an aggression problem, she must have him confused with another dog. I don’t know what the receptionist is talking about.»
WHAT?! We never got the full story about what happened over the weekend and I’m ashamed to say that we did pay full price. I was so upset that I just wanted to get my dog and get out of there. Everything was handled so unprofessionally and I could not be more frustrated with the situation. The owner did NOTHING to rectify the issue or apologize for her employees.
I will be telling EVERYONE about our experience.

My bad review has nothing to do with care my dogs were given. We had our dogs boarded there for 6 days. The staff seemed to really take care of them and had great things to say about their personalities.
Unfortunately the owner is a completely different story. Between signing papers including pictures of the dogs and dropping my dogs off (which a friend did) was anything said about breed restrictions. My dogs were there for 2 days when I called to check on them, at that time I was informed that one of my dogs couldn’t be in the playgroup because she resembles a pitbull. Apparently they don’t allow «pitbulls, Bulldogs or boxers» in play groups and they new to be in cages floor to ceiling. My friend who dropped them off called to speak to the owner wondering why she wasn’t informed when she dropped them off. The owner ended up hanging up on her! I called the owner and tried to get her reasoning for not informing anyone of what they had been doing with my dogs and she said she didn’t think it necessary because she wasn’t charging us for the changes in their care! Are you kidding me? She was so incredibly rude to me and my friend and made no sense for her accusations. Watch my dog for 1 minute with other dogs and you will know she will be the first roll over and give up. Needless to say I won’t be taking them back because of her attitude and the way she handled the situation.
But the people who actual take care of the dogs were wonderful and sweet and really took care of the dogs. This company could avoid a lot of problems if they informed people of their restrictions and learn how to speak to customers. She is a mix! I have no idea what she is but when we rescued her, her paperwork says «lab mix».
I would recommend this place if you don’t have a breed them on their restriction list.

My biggest issue with them is their billing policy. Unlike most boarders, they charge per DAY, not per 24 hrs. So if you drop your pet off at 8PM on a Friday, you get charged for the entire day. I’ve had my dog spend less than 24 hrs on the premise and it’s billed as 2 days. Seems a bit far fetched and expensive for a stay of less than a day.

I’ve been using them for years. I have 2 Boston Terriers and I always book them a suite with a bed so they are not so traumatized. We Tuck does a great job taking care of my babies and I can call at anytime and check on them. Prices are worth the care. Grooming services are great too! You can pick up your babies all nice and clean!
