History

Established in 2002.

John started paving when he was 15 years old. Starting at the bottom in the paving business, John made his way to sales and became very successful with sales averaging over $ 250,000 per year. After many years in a sales position, John decided it was time to start his own business in a state that was dear to his heart, New Hampshire. Lilac City Sealcoating & Paving, LLC opened it doors in 2002 in Rochester, NH. Since then the company has grown leaps and bounds. Moving to Milton, NH was a big step but consolidation was necessary.

Today, Lilac City Sealcoating & Paving LLC is enjoying another profitable year and is ready to start a new season. Thank you for all the referrals and to all our repeat customers.
