Charlie and his crew never disappoint me! My uncle is getting up there in age and no matter what 15 minutes tops a call right back and immediate service as it has been since 1978 when the house was purchased. I know that sump pump issues are dealt with immediately as with basement floods. You name it they have been there for us!

Trying to keep tenants happy in a 100+ year old 2 family when you live several hours away can be frustrating to say the least. However, Charlie King consistently and fairly makes my life easier by performing repairs and fixing problems, quickly and without breaking the bank. He is as good as it gets, everyone should be so lucky as to have FA King & Sons as their plumbers.

I am new to mass and I do not know who to call for anything, and everyone I have called to work for various reasons have been good and bad. The thing is everyone I called was highly rated on Unilocal,but I guess reviews mean nothing sometimes, but I can’t say enough about these guys. They have been out three different times and once replaced my water heater having the better prices also. They are amazing and every time have the best customer service I have experienced since I have moved to mass. Bottom line I trust these guys and it is the one phone call I make for help that I don’t stress and hope I don’t get screwed.
