H&R Block

I normally fill out my taxes myself (using the old pen & paper technique), but I had to itemize for the first time, so wanted some help. I made an appointment at this H&R Block location. I set it up online and received a confirmation e-​mail; the before the appointment, I recv’d a confirmation call. So far, so good!
I arrived and immediately met my Tax Adviser, John V. John was very professional and spent a good deal of time telling about things to think about for next year (things that were too late for my 2011 returns, but things to do throughout this year, I could use next year). He was very thorough and double-​checked every number (and even triple checked the most important ones)!
It was a fairly quick process — I was out in about 40 minutes.
The only problem was the price, seemed a little high to me. Overall, a good experience, albeit an expensive one!
