DeSantis Heating Cooling and Burner Service

John Desantis, the owner operator of Desantis Heating, Cooling and Burner Service has no integrity and should not be trusted as a professional who is worthy of your business. John bought a large item from me and asked that I loan him $ 50 for shipping. Afterwards, not only was John either unable or unwilling to repay the $ 50, he became confrontational over my request that he clear his debt with me. I offered that he make payments in installments which he was unwilling to do as well. I am not posting this review in retaliation, but rather I believe that it is dangerous to hire John to repair or replace your air conditioner given that you cannot trust him at his word with regard to the repairs that he suggests nor should you consider the warranty that he offers to be of any value.
