«You get what you pay for» rings true when I think of this spot. Let’s see, my husband came here for a hair cut (twice) and the lady did not do what he asked. If all you speak is English, you are basically screwed.
Also, they advertised super cheap facials ($ 20) and I was nine months pregnant looking for a way to relax, they were right around the corner so I thought this would be great. Plus, I’d gotten two facials beforehand and had no complaints. Well, the woman who had done my facial the last time was not there, an older woman was. Now here is the sad part…
The facial lasted 15 minutes, I think the facial consisted of these three ingredients: steam (water), Vaseline (I’m not even kidding), and maybe a dollar store lotion. Why did I even pay this woman?
And reading the other peoples reviews I am questioning not only how do they stay in business?, but if they even have a cosmetology license.

I came here with an emergency need for an eyebrow waxing job. Maggie’s Beauty Max, where my regular eyebrow magician works, was closed. And all other places that were recommended to me were as well. And I REALLY needed my eyebrows done.
So I came here out of convenience and desperation. While she was doing my eyebrows, it didn’t really seem like she was very experienced. Only half the time did she wax aggressively enough to where any hair came out. When she finished, she put barely any of the oil the napkin to remove the wax — still walked out with a completely waxed-​up face. And it took FOREVER.
I had her do my ‘stash too, (embarrassing) and she had it in her mind that that means she only has to do the sides of my mouth?! I was like, «what about this part?» THEN she waxed me only under the middle of nose — like I only grow hair in Hitler’s style.
Overall, I was surprised to find my eyebrows were actually shaped okay. (I’ve had some real horror stories — places that have penciled in mistakes.) However, there were tons of outlying hairs she missed, and of course I still had a semi stash.
And yes like the previous reviewer mentioned: the sign prices are deceiving. Ask beforehand to confirm the sign’s price’s validity, or they will up them on you.

I will never ever go to this place again.
So I got in there and told the main lady what I wanted – A light brown hair dye with my peek a boo streaks touched up (bleach). My hair at the moment was DARK brown. I even showed her the color swatch to make her life easier. That didn’t do a thing because she didn’t listen.
The first thing she did was put bleach directly on my scalp for my streaks. that Sh** hurt!!! it burned my scalp! and left my scalp with red bumps which she said was normal!
She started to dye the rest of my hair. I noticed that since she didn’t have enough hair dye to saturate the rest of my hair. she sjust took the last six inches of my hair and rubbed it on my scalp. Anyways, she wrapped the blond part in foil and wrapped my head in a plastic grocery bag!
At this time bleach is dripping down my face. She tells me that the color is «beautiful beautiful» after washing it and i notice that it is the SAME SAME SAME SAME FREAKING COLOR as my old hair!!!
I tell her that it isn’t the color that I wanted and she insisted that it was! i took the swatch that I had and put it on my head to spell it out for her. she kept saying that my hair is the same color as the swatch (it was the difference between Dark brown and dark BLOND!). she kept telling me that i shouldn’t change a thing!
She then tried to reapply the bleach in my hair again, and she reused the foil after it had been crumpled up and dropped on the floor!!! I told her that she cannot do bleach without putting toner on it afterwards because the bleach was orangy. She listened and put some goop out from the back, but it didn’t take the orangeness out of my hair.
Then she said that in a few weeks my hair will get lighter due to sun and washing. She kept trying to shut me up
She charged me 80 bucks for my hair. It left hair damaged and frizzy at the ends! They said they used Matrix hair dye, but from the smell, i know that it was a very cheap dye.
I am going to report her.
