Great customer service by talk n fix, 3 days ago i brought my iphone6 and iPad mini to repair within 2 hours they got them fixed for me, i thought my phone will never work again because i dropped it from 2^nd floor… I highly recommend all my friends and family to come to this place also they have reasonable prices…

DO NOT GO HERE. Horrible service, EXTREMELY OVERPRICED. iPhone 6 screen repair is $ 120 plus tax for third party to fix your phone and Apple warranty is lost if they do anything with your phone. APPLE official company charges $ 99– $ 109 plus tax and are much more reliable and you know your phone is safe with them if anything ever happens later. My device has crashes all the time, a blue screen that pops up, a glass screen protector that was super cheap that cracked my iPhone while the glass screen protector was good as new. I use my phone everyday, this company has no regard for you or your phone and they are a third party and going to them will void your warranty with Apple if anything else happens, and most importantly it is actually cheaper to go to the official Apple store to get your phone fixed as they are cheaper and more reliable and you can always go back to them if any problems arise.

Came here to fix my iPhone 6 plus screen.
I spoke to the manager, jay and he quoted me the lowest price that I have came across. He was very efficient and fixed my phone in about 15 minutes. When I got my phone back, it looked brand new. I will definitely come for more services…

Couple years ago I had my son’s iPad 2 fix and the guy that used to work there knew what he was doing
Until Oct 2015 I had to bring in my daughter’s mini iPad and her iPhone 6 which both was cracked.
When I went to picked up and payed my daughter’s gadgets and the next day I saw that the mini iPad not glued tightly and my daughter’s iPhone 6 was screwed on unevenly and which made the iPhone cracked. I spoke with manager JAY and I’m sure he saw it too that it was uneven, yet he blame on Apple that it was thin and he said my daughter must did something or had some type of stuff in her back pocket to make it cracked. I would not recommend anyone to fix their gadget there, if they do please make sure you look throughly. I will never come here again and get it fix, I rather find another kiosk that fix their customers gadget with CARE!

They don’t care. They fixed the glass but everything stop working. They don’t want to help and arguing. Please don’t go that shop

I give this a 0 star people rip you off bad experierience ever … Man said 119 to fix my galixy broken screen and was going to call me to see if it going to get fix but i waited more then hr never no call whats oh ever he finally called and tells me its been fix i was shock because never got any call when i get there man tells me 198 i was shock because one he said in the bigining 119 soo he over charged me and never call to do any i tell him to take off that new peace off and he went all agresive with me and said no i was really disapointed on this service i ask for manager and they tell me he wasent avalable soo i need this place should not even be around they do bad custumer service an especally rip people off with out even knowing and do the work with out even telling you if u have other problume with your phone and act like they never said what they said and act stupied about it a deffently do not recoment nobody to ever go to this place ever theyll rip you off big time

If I could give a zero, I would.
Number one, the day I came the guy stopped mid sentence to leave and help a customer that came in after me which was rude.
Number two, he tried to tell me to just accept the fact that he had poorly placed the screen cover and only after I firmly stood my ground did he fix it.
Then to make things worse, the screen protector took one drop and no completely shattered. Tempered glass, I thought.
Then when I came in to ask to see the packaging to see about a warranty he informed me that they don’t have the packaging. I called the company and they told me this guy is being shady

I really do not understand why this place has such low ratings; I had a really good experience here with my technician Bryan and his co-​worker Sam. My iPhone 6’s screen was cracked and it basically was a blank screen. but my phone still rang if there were incoming phone calls and texts so I had hoped I didn’t break it too badly if it was still responding to the network! They quoted me 20 minutes to fix my iPhone 6’s cracked screen but they actually finished in half the time and it came out looking like brand new! Thanks guys (:

iPhone 4s had a cracked screen. They quoted an awesome price so I dropped off the phone to be fixed and picked up in about an hour. When I got it back I was dissatisfied with the repair; loose home button and lower corner. Jay, the manager, came by and fixed the problem. He offered a free case for the inconvenience.
I was surprised when I got the phone back because it looked brand new. I told him that wasn’t my phone and he said he replaced some other parts. Okay– way to kick up the customer service. Right on!
I was told that this place is under new ownership and they’re doing a great job. 4 star and not 5 because of the very long wait. I have a couple other devices and will be bringing it here to get fixed. Thanks!

Good customer service at this location ! Started off a little rocky … And I wasn’t sure if I should have got my phone fixed here … But everything ended up being ok. Technician Bryan was very helpful… And the owner kahlid made good on a customer service warranty issue I had with my phone .

Went here to get my Samsung S4 screen fixed and thought it was ok. Noticed my front camera was not clear. Went back o get it fixed and on the receipt it said 30 day warranty. When I went back and explained the situation, the guy was rude and interrupted me. I’m all about customer service. Their customer service IS REALLY BAD.
Don’t trust their WARRANTY. It’s all verbal so it can change. My boss said this and that kind of thing. I didn’t get my screen fixed. They just want your money.
Oh yea. They don’t have a tech that fixes Samsungs on Weekdays. Totally sucks! I would not recommend this place AT ALL!

This place is pretty cool. They fixed the cracked screen of my iPhone 5 in less than 20 mins.
I have got a 30 day warranty with the screen.

Worst service ever. I was told the phone’s lcd will be fixed in 40 minutes. It took them 2 hours to fix the phone. I ended up waiting for 2 hours and everytime i asked about the phone, the guy said «sir 15 more minutes».

Called them yesterday regarding an iphone 5s repair. They said it would be about 99 plus tax usually, but he said since the mall is slow he would give me a deal for 85 dollars. Seems like a reasonable price, but i asked him further questions on stuff that is really important.
Like:
1.Does it come with a warranty?
The guy said it comes with a one month warranty and i wanted more info, but he couldnt provide me with an explanation. Cause i wanted to know what it covers.
2. Where are the parts from?
Never heard of the parts before, says it was apple approved parts but the title of the company sounded as if it was a fake chinese part.
I would say stay away from this company, they dont seem like they know what there doing, you gotta think about overall customer service that you received. I would definitely go to another phone repair business if I were you. STAY AWAY.

Really great rates depending on the kind of phone you have. The guys working here are super quick and efficient. I noticed some of the reviews mention that they take an hour but nah, they’ll fix it right before you in like ~15 minutes. They’re really precise in fitting screens as well. Highly recommend getting rid of your spider web screen here!
You can also get different colored skins for your phones (noticed they had it for iPhones in particular?)

So I wanted to repair my 5^th generation iPod touch. And I searched on Unilocal and saw that this place had good reviews. All I needed fixed was my home button because it was stuck and I could not use it. When I received my iPod touch back I noticed that my screen protector had glue all over the sides of it. And also the bottom of my screen was lifted.
My home button was not flush with the screen the first time I got it back. I asked them to clean my iPod and clean the screen protector. When I asked them to fix it they nicely gave me a new screen protector. But not all the glue was cleaned off the iPod! They fixed the home button issue but who knows how long that will last. I was helped by John. And he was very helpful unlike the other workers. So if you plan on coming to get your phone repaired, make sure john is there to «supervise» or actually do the work himself. Cause it seems like he knows what he’s talking about. But overall, I am not satisfied with my repair.

Went here to get my cracked iPhone screen fixed and they helped me out! 2 weeks later I managed to get a defective screen :(and it sucks because I lost my receipt
Luckily john and prateek helped me find the receipt AND fixed it! They have a 30 day guarantee. I’m pretty sure no other place in the mall would have provided me with awesome customer service like these guys!
I’ll definitely be sending people here for their drunken nights when their phone gets cracked ;) great customer service at a good price!
