Find another doctor! She is not thorough in the slightest. She never prescribes any kind of medication and always says let it «do its thing». I would say 9 times out of 10 I have to make another appointment and demand a prescription or a blood test to be done. On top of it all she works in two location, Milpitas and Fremont. The Fremont office has about 10 parking spots and is in a facility for many doctors and different clinics, that alone is a headache. The staff sucks! So rude even its a slow day which I must say almost never happens. It is always a zoo in the office. She is the primary doctor to my family of five and I am switching today!

My husband and I (and daughter 8 months) recently moved to the bay area and decided to start seeing Dr. Hoang as our family physician. First impressions to us are huge, especially when dealing with a doctor. The front office staff was very unprofessional and making fun of other pacients that had been there that day. I am all for joking around, but when you are in this environment, do that another time or place. Not where everyone can hear. We eventually got called back to be seen (for my husbands back problems and for mine as well –due to prior dual military) Dr Hoang walked in and said hello, very straight faced, very monotone, and horrible hand shake. She never asked us any sort of real questions regarding our injuries. Actually never once smiled and made us feel like we were unimportant. She left the room and only saw us for maybe 4 minutes.
Second visit– was for an ear infection I had been dealing with. I told her that this had been an on and off type of thing and now that it was back, it was worse than before. The ear drops I had been given prior to moving up here had not been working and I even brought her the ear drops there so she knew what I had been on. I told her that I was having yellow discharge and horrible pain, no hearing on my ear, to include flu like symptoms. I also told her that I wake up in the middle of the night because of sharp pain and itching. She looked in my ear and wrote me a prescription FOR THE SAME EARDROPS as before. I told her that they didn’t work and she said she knew that and to keep trying, as well as go buy something different over the counter. She of course, walked out of the room. That visit was only 5 minutes. I went and got medical advice from a different doctor. One who knew what the hell they were talking about. Turns out I have a severe middle ear infection (not outer) and my ear drum is infected horribly. I received strong antibiotics from this doctor, which I should have received in the first place. We are switching doctors asap. Dr. Hoang’s blatant negligence is the reason for this review. Do not go here
