I have gone in several times to grab breakfast sandwiches for work. They’re not little orders & I am always figuring it out as i am ordering. Maria has been there every time. She is super patient, always nice & helpful. I’m sure I am a bit of a pain in the tush but she is always really nice. Sammies are fresh & quick.

If I could, I would give 0 stars. RUDE. RUDE. RUDE! ALL of the ladies here are so rude I can’t say it enough. They make crappy sandwiches on top of that.

Stay away. 1) they use«bait and switch» you might go in and order something but they prepare a more expensive sandwich and only when you look at your change might you notice you paid more than advertised 2) I think her name was Elizabeth, just could not seem to keep her fingers away from her nose. suffice to say, on top of being charged too much this sandwich did not get consumed. I am not sure sure what was in her nose counts as a topping. 3) when asked to fix things they gave me the«come back tomorrow» BS. Rude Rude Rude. Stay away from«this» location. Too bad, I have had decent experiences at other locations.

Horrible service!!! Workers are so rude — especially the one with the drawn on eyebrows!!! They need to be fired. There are nice people in the world who are more deserving of a job in general.

This Subway location charges 25 cents for a plastic fork. Holy shit I’ve never been at a place so cheap and I will never go back. Congratulations on gouging me for 25 cents. It only cost you all of my business and a bad review on Unilocal

Negative star! They don’t understand English at all and they look at me like I’m crazy. Find a better subway with better customer service.

Strange service, mediocre sandwiches and won’t be going back since you can throw a nickel and hit a Subway. Our experience: First time hubs and I went to this Subway, it was close by and the Sharks game was getting ready to come on so we got it to-go. Hubs orders the«12-inch B.M.T.» — server Josefina asks«what size sandwich». We were both stunned, looking at each other. He says«the foot long… the 12 inch on white»…she honestly looked puzzled. She then asks«what kind of bread»…he is thinking she can’t hear him and he talks louder«Italian…the white one». She asks how many sanwiches he will be wanting… he says«total of 2» as he points to me… she starts cutting another Italian loaf w/out asking what kind if sandwich I wanted. I look at the other server that came out — they’re talking to each other in Spanish the entire time. Josefina asks hubs. «What kind of meat???» He and I just look at each other and I’m about to blow a gasket. I loudly say«a BMT is THEIR sandwich! Shouldn’t they know what kinda meat goes on that???» It was insane. So the other servers just looking at me… with that Italian loaf, asking what meat I want… WHAT??? I said«that’s the wrong bread –herb and cheese, meatball, extra sauce, CHEESE ONLY-toasted». She looks at me blank and starts to make my sandwich, meanwhile hubs is still agonizing over Josefina not being able to grasp the English language enough for him to tell her add’l ingredients w/out pointing and making gestures like a drunk chimpanzee. Finally…about 20 min later, we have our sandwiches and leave, to never return No. Not even if im given a choice to revisit that Subway or eat the butthole out of a skunk to keep from starving.

Worst service ever! Elizabeth did not wash her hands before making my sandwich and when I asked her, she was rude to me. Purchased same sandwich I always do, but somehow today was 8.42 instead of 7.58! When i asked why it was a different price she said it was because the sandwich was on sale and gave me a look as if I were the stupid one! Uhhhh hello! Its more expensive on «sale»?! Asked me three times what I wanted on it and tried to toast even though I repeatedly told her no… Language barrier?! NOTOAST! No tea was made and when I asked if they would have tea the other employee rudely said«only after 11». Uhhh clock on the wall says 11:20! It would be after 11, dumbass! EPIC fail! Only 1 star because the sandwich was decent(after I had to take all the toppings off that she put on wrong!)

Employees here need a lot of help. If I was the owner I would be very upset how poorly customers are treated here. I come here a lot only because it i very close to my work. But the service is always bad. I normally wait for the workers to finish their conversation with each other before I am helped or they are on their personal phone or playing their Spanish music over the subway radio really loud. The owner of this place needs a new manager or to place cameras here and pay attention

Warning: This review is more of a vent session of my recent experience. I’m sure other people who have come here has been served well, but unfortunately it was not so for me. Just letting ya’ll know, is all! Strange service! I walked in to get in on their $ 6 Buffalo chicken special, but wanted to consider my options so I stood there to read and skim over the menu first. The lady working there impatiently asked me what I wanted, so I told her to please wait as I wasn’t ready yet. Then she just stared at me, tapping her finger on the counter … okay? Not wanting to make this visit an unpleasant one, I decided to just order fast and get out. I asked for the $ 6 special and she asked, «what size?» I repeated myself, «Can I get the $ 6 footlong Buffalo Chicken special?» and pointed at the sign. She didn’t repeat my order or even look over to where I pointed. Instead, she pulled out a 6″ piece of bread and asked, «What kind of sandwich?» … ummm. What the heck is going on here? Frustrated, I tried to try again in a louder voice, «No. I would like to order the $ 6 buffalo chicken special that’s advertised on the sign over there.» She finally looked over and said, «Oh you want the chicken special? Why didn’t you just say so?» … really?! –_____– After painfully getting though selecting all the toppings(I had to repeat myself endlessly), she rang me up and I handed her my Subway giftcard. Her response? «You’re not paying anything for this?» … um. I am. It’s a gift card. There is money on it. I ain’t trying to rob you or anything, geez. And the icing on the cake? I got really sick after eating this sandwich and that’s the first time it’s ever happened to me at a Subways. No clue what went wrong here, but I’m avoiding this location from now on. I envy you lucky ones who’ve had better experiences here because it’s really close to my church. I was hoping to come here regularly every week, but I guess not. :[

They make great sandwiches here. I think they put«love» into my sandwiches. Staff is usually friendly and they don’t seen to mind my nit-picky-ness.

Love my neighborhood Subway. The customer service here is great, the women who always assist me have never let me down. There are your normal gripes about fast food service, but aside from the norm that you should expect, nothing to really nitpick about.

I love how they make my sandwiches here, but… The only thing I hate is that while I’m eating in lobby. It was just 9:30pm they already started putting chairs up. Like wth. I’m still eating here. I gave it 3 stars because they are friendly, open late, and it’s good…

Can’t go wrong with Subway unless it’s not fresh. The bread, meat and veggies have all been fresh every time I’ve come here so no complaints there. If I feel like cheating a little, I get 1 chocolate chip cookie. Although I try to resist, I can’t! They’re freshly baked and taste so good. Haha! They’re fresh, clean and have nice workers that get my order right every time.

So why do come here, because I live down the street and I literally walk here when I dont want to cook. So I know, it’s sandwiches and so how can you mess it up right? Frighteningly simple. I do come here but it’s really a hit or miss sometimes. Most of the time, I get freshly baked bread, fresh ingredients and nice service, but other times, I open my sandwich and it’s just a meaty /veggie mess, everything is just falling out and the bread is hard on both ends. And every time that happens, I would stop going there for months at a time. Just turned off after getting one bad sandwich.

Look, it’s a Subway okay? I’m not gonna say anything about the food other than it’s your standard Subway food. They don’t do anything special that you wouldn’t get at another Subway. What do they have going for them is that, unlike other Subways in the area that were supposedly open until 11pm and weren’t open, I walked into this one at 10:30 on a Thursday night and was still able to get a $ 5 footlong. Okay service — the lady kinda skimped on the veggies which seemed kinda silly since it was so late in their day.

i felt extremely lazy one day and asked my bf to buy me a tuna sandwich at subway. when he returned home with the food at first i noticed, hm. the sandwich is kinda thin… but then shrugged it off as my imagination. after taking 2 bites i thot to myself… hm. something doesnt taste right. i open up my sandwich to find no tuna! only bread lettuce and olives LOL i immediately grab the receipt and it clearly stated my bf bought a tuna sandwich. turns out they thot my bf wanted a tuna sandwich with no tuna… if such a thing exists –_– and the worst part is when we came back to complain about the missing tuna in my tuna sandwich, all they did was grab my sandwich and slab on some tuna… could u at least give me a new one!!! talk about the rudest and grossest subway ever 00

Subway is great for a quick healthy lunch and their $ 5 foot-long. I love the oven roasted chicken breast and spicy Italian. Beware though this particular location gets rather busy during lunch time. They do have a lot of servers and work pretty fast.

Subway saved my life tonight. While feeling emotionally and physically heavy, I was hungry when I got home tonight. Subway is open late(11pm?) and it offers just a good standard meal. You cannot really beat the $ 5 footlong which now apparently applies to all of them for a limited time. The vegetables are fresh, however… I’ve had bad experiences with the soup. The ladies here are always nice, no one’s rude. Sometimes I have delusions of being so hungry that I want to reach past the glass and start building mini-sandwiches in my mouth. I’ve been here once where someone has tried to hassle them. You are really hassling about service at a Subway? Someone is trying really hard, and I bet it isn’t the people who work there… So keep Subway in the back of your mind, it might turn your night around when you least expect it…
