StoragePRO Self Storage of Milpitas

Its been about a year and a half that I have rented a storage unit here. By far the best customer service at a storage facility that I have encountered. I recently moved from here into my new house and the process was a piece of cake! No hassle what so ever from the workers there.
My personal belongings were safe and sound, security is on point. I once left my lock unlocked and I was immediately notified by the staff and had piece of mind ever since. If ever I will need another storage unit, this is the spot I will come back to and even recommend to everyone.

I came over to see if I can reserve and rent a rental truck for my upcoming move. The store was closed during regular business hours, Tuesday afternoon like 2PM. I waited for about 40 minutes until an older woman opened the front door. She looked like just woke up after her nap, I asked her if the store is open, she said «it is now, not before» without a single word of apology (!!) I asked her several questions of the rental procedures, she was unpleasant to deal with, impolited and starred to prepare her lunch. I left without ever wanting to coming back to this place again!

Came back on Sat spent over $ 35 and the employee didn’t know how to take the 20% off :(
Have now made 3 trips here for various boxes and packing supplies never to get check in deal.
20% isn’t huge but at least everyone working the front should be able to apply it.

First time renting out a storage unit, couldn’t have been better. Joes is the best guy I could have asked for.
— he explained everything very tranparently, even told me about a Unilocal coupon I’d missed using.
— gave me decent discounts without asking (I’d looked around so I knew I was getting a very good price).
— the Unit was clean, the location was safe and easily accessible.
— setting up payment etc. was a breeze.
— allowed me to vacate at effectively a day’s notice, not forcing me to pay the entire month’s rent
I’d use them again in a heartbeat if the need arises.

Just rented a storage unit for our 4 bedroom, 2.5 bath house… They process was so easy! Joe really took time to explain everything and answered all my questions.
Placed looked pretty secured and I like that you need a code to get in and out. Based on many research, their price was very reasonable too. I highly recommend them if you are looking for a storage unit.

This was the first time I’ve ever used a storage facility. I was relocating across the state, and my new house was not quite ready. A week prior to my move I reserved one large unit, and the process was very easy. Later I realized one unit may not be enough, and they graciously held a smaller unit for me ‘just in case’. As it turns out I did need the second unit. The staff was extremely friendly, helpful, and efficient both via email and in person. The storage units were clean and easy to access. You can use your own lock, or buy one from them. Everything went very smoothly, and I’d highly recommend them.

I meant to post this 3 years ago when I actually had storage at A STORAGE CITY, but I’m not quite the Unilocaler and never got around to it. However, this place was so reasonable and friendly that after all these years, I didn’t forget. This place is great! and so are the fresh cookies Joseph puts out for customers!

Pretty good and efficiently run. Have used 3 storage units here over the last 10 years and one of them for 10 years straight.
I do wish they had power strips for hooking up lights when the sun goes down.

We were in a rush to get a storage and when we came her we got the best deal compare to other places. The storage unit is clean and around the area, easy to find. I would recommend this place.

Everything else is great. My only complain is that if I need to clarify something, and you call them during business hours, no one picks up the phone ever. Even after leaving VMs 2 – 3 times, I never get a call back.

I rented a storage unit here a few months ago and it was a great experience. Joey always gave me a call back promptly when I had a question. The storage unit itself was really clean and I felt safe being in there. When I first got a unit there, he also told me about specials and didn’t try selling me a bunch of boxes — even suggested I get some of the plastic bins instead. Great service and a great place if you need a storage unit!

I was planning to move into the storage at an annoying time of the year. Right before Christmas. Dan was awesome in seeing that my needs got met. Friendly service and very helpful. The storage unit itself was very clean and in great condition. And the location is right down the street from me. Perfect!

I have used storage facilities for years, from San Jose to Hollister.
This is by far the best. The staff is professional, yet friendly and will work with you to solve any storage problems.
And, yes, the fresh-​baked cookies are a nice touch!

This was the first time renting a storage unit due to us being forced to move. So we had to put the extra storage somewhere. I Unilocal’d and this place had great reviews even though it was a little further I rather have a clean, safe, and friendly staff. Yup Unilocalers were right. Paper work was a lot easier then I thought, the guy at the front desk was super nice. What can I say besides 5 Stars!

I recently had to become in my family’s paperwork issues with Storage City on account of having to transfer the ownership of the sorage unit. To my surprise, doing so was beyond easily. The friendly and cheerful staff member who helped us — I think his name was Dan — that weekend was super nice and laid out all of the terms and conditions in a clear and concise manner. He also told us about how we could avoid late fees by using the EZ-​Pay option.
Besides the friendly and helpful staff, I also like the safety and convenience of using Storage City’s facilities. My family has had a unit there for over an year and we’ve experienced no problems. The facilities are clean, well-​lit, and parking is always available inside the gate. Additionally, during my last visit, when nature called, I was surprised to discover how clean the restroom is. The only thing that could be improved would be to replace the reusable towel machine was an automatic hand dryer. Those reusable towel machine just look un-​hygenic and are so late 80s.
Of course, while the storage facilties and staff assistance are the two main highlights of using Storage City, I recently also discovered that the office regularly bakes its own cookies, which are complimentary for customers and visitors. I HIGHLY suggest that anyone going into the office grab a few. It is hard to eat just one. Overall, I’m really impressed with Storage City. The fact that I’ve never had to worry about anything related to keeping my junk there means that they’re doing a fine job.

I had a great experience with A Storage City. The place was clean and safe, it was convenient (5 minutes from the freeway) and most of all, Joey, the manager was a total pro. If you re looking for the best deal in the area with excellent customer service, I wouldn’t look too much further and just go with A Storage City.

Ive been storing at Storage City for years and its always hassle free.
Gate hours are great, staff is helpful and the place is clean and secure. Highly recommend!

If your looking for a storage facility in Milpitas area, this is the obvious choice. I seriously researched all of the local options and none can match the combination of service, PRICE and security of A Storage City.
I moved out of my home to a smaller place and needed storage for lots of miscellaneous items. The place is easily laid out and you can make a tough move much easier just by going here. Thanks
