Treatment of the fearful patient with Oral Sedation. Sedation is also helpful in the treatment of patients who are hard to «numb» and patients who have an extreme gag reflex.
Our office specializes in the ortho technique of Invisalign for teenagers and adults. We offer cosmetic dentistry including all porcelain crowns, tooth colored fillings as well as teeth whitening. We offer morning and evening hours for the busy patient.
History
Established in 1988.
Dr Nick. Khoury and Dr. Steven Kolnes have been in business together for over 25 years. We met in dental school at UOP School of Dentistry in San Francisco and decided to open a practice together. After graduating in the top 10% of our class, we bought an existing practice in San Jose that was established for over 25 years. We are very proud of the fact that many of our patients have been with us since our beginning in 1988. In August of 2008, we moved to a brand new state-of-the art office to continue to provide our patients excellent dental care.

Business Owner
Dr. Steven Kolnes was born and raised in the San Francisco Bay Area. He did his undergraduate studies at UC Berkeley. In 1987, Dr. Kolnes received his DDS degree from the University of the Pacific in San Francisco. He graduated with honors and is a member of the Tau Kappa Omega Honor Society. He also completed a general practice residency at Valley Medical Center in Fresno. His emphasis is offering excellent Family Dentistry and the treatment of the fearful patient. Dr. Kolnes and his wife have twins in high school.
Dr. Nick Khoury was raised in San Francisco and did his undergraduate work at the University of San Francisco. He completed his professional training at UOP, School of Dentistry where he graduated with honors with a DDS degree in 1987. His interests include cosmetic dentistry including Invisalign, as well as preventive dentistry for the entire family.“Giving patients the smile they deserve is very gratifying for me”. Dr. Khoury and his wife have three children.
