I tend to not rate Starbucks locations because they’re usually mediocre — nothing extraordinarily good or bad, so there’s nothing to either excite or warn people about. This one went a little above and beyond and, for that reason, they get a 4 — heck, a 4.5 — but Unilocal doesn’t do half-ratings.(I reserve 5 stars for places I’ve gone to several times or that are REALLY out of this world. This experience was due to a great barista.) I got coffee and asked for some milk(they only had half & half out). The barista asked if I wanted it heated up. I was taken aback; not one barista has ever asked me that — never. So, of course, I said yes and got steamed whole milk added to my coffee. It was delicious! I wish I had gotten the barista’s name, because she deserves a shout out. It was a really nice touch which I appreciated.

Friendly staffs. They sometimes have a sampling event which is quite nice. The chairs near the windows are way too tall for the table, can’t use my laptop too long.

So many fruit flies here I can’t enjoy the coffee. There is a fan at te door to prevent flies from coming in but the problem is inside the store. The flies are like ants, all over the place. The place looks great but the fruit flies are driving me nuts.

The first Starbucks that really failed. I am a starbucks addict but this store is not a good place. Why? THESTAFFSTALKSANDTALKS A LOT. Really A LOT!!! Non stop! Super a lot of talking! NOTFOCUSEDONMYORDERFORTHE2ndTIME! giving us a WRONGORDERS after VERYCLEARINSTRUCTION. Super a lot of talking. Talking while getting my orders and they are talking about their lives! I think the manager REAlly need to do something about it. I never really give negative review BUTTHISONEREALLYNEEDSFOLLOWUP. — starbucks customers

No matter how busy, everybody who works here is always friendly… some of them even pays attention to my drink! How nice is that? When you walk in, they guessed your drink, greets you good morning, and make your drinks quickly and with a smile. I’m one of those guys with a complicated drink order … all of them are so nice to get it just the way I like my coffee. Be sure to leave a tip. Special shout out to: Joanne, Kristine, and this one buff Asian dude with TATTOO on his arm who always jokes with people. In my opinion, this is the best customer service location for starbucks.

I am sitting here and the stupid cashier is hitting my chair with his broom while trying to sweep the floor. So annoying. What an idiot. These guys need some training before being hired.

Awesome staff as usual. It’s also very clean and there are plenty of tables to study on

Employees talk more to themselves than paying attention to customers. I said don’t warm my food, but no one listened, they gave me warmed food.

The staff here are friendly and the place itself is clean and so convenient to walk to on my 30 minute lunch break. I’m eliminating one star because there have been several times where I have had to leave without my drink due to the staff taking their sweet time. I have to actually go back to work and have a co worker go pick it up for me on their lunch break.

Came here with my daughter and my sister on a hot Tuesday afternoon to get some cold drinks around 5pm. And also do the mini Frappuccino challenge. Buy 5 mini Frappuccino drinks from 5÷12÷15 until 6÷8÷15 and earn 8 rewards Starbucks stars. Anyway, this place is very clean and not too crowded. I love their new flavor S’mores and the Caramel Ribbon Crunch frapps. Staff is very friendly. This is my first time at this Starbucks and would definitely come back to this again.

Been here a few times now each time between 3−6pm. It’s spacious and never really packed. The service is the Starbuck’s standard — very good. I got my usual drink and it tasted exactly how I had expected, So yeah I would come here again. Parking is spacious.

This is the third time I’ve come to this location to find they are closed, despite their hours saying they are open. Instead of risking coming when they are closed, I just visit the location at first street or the drive thru a few lights away.

Pretty spacious Starbucks location and not busy on a Sunday morning around 8am. The baristas were pretty cool guys, giving us some feedback on their favorite SB drinks and a happy bunch so early in the morning! If you are into study groups or meetings, this may be a good spot, as the middle table has 12 chairs and a long table. Breakfast goodies were fully stocked and since SB just launched their tiramisu latte and caramel flan latte, the new energy in the store made for a pleasant morning.

I typically don’t write reviews for Starbucks as I pretty much can expect the same level of service across their stores but this was absurd! Service was good, staff is nice, and the coffee was typical Starbucks. However, there were flies throughout the entire location — see photos. They looked like some type of fruit fly but they were literally all over the place. You couldn’t sit down without having a fly buzz around your face. The weird part was that no one else seemed to notice, including the staff. If it were me, I’d do everything I could to get rid of them. It was disgusting for the patrons and should be embarrassing for that location.

This location is really crowded. The Frappuchino tastes super sugary and is expensive. Wi-Fi is super-weak to the point it’s unusable. Other than that, it’s just like the thousands of other Starbucks in the States.

This is my favorite Starbucks in Milpitas. There is a big table in the center of the store and about 10 chairs around it. Also there are 4 or 5 sofas in the a corner of the store and more tables and chairs near the entrance. So there are always enough seats for everyone. The staff is very nice too. I was there at around 4pm and ordered a cup of decaf cappuccino, then I changed my mind and changed my order to a regular cappuccino. The guy in the cashier asked: trying to stay late today? This kind of casual conversation helped to put me in a good mood and I got my coffee with a big smile in my face.

I come here after dinner with friends at Dish Dash Grill a few stores down and every time I’ve come, the staff has been really nice and we’ve been happy with our drinks. Located in the«city dump,» it can get stinky, but that’s not Starbucks’ fault. Just sit inside.

Mikey U. nailed it. Another Starbucks in an already supersaturated landscape of coffeehouses. And since I’m gay, the pretty barista didn’t win them a bonus point from me. I’ll go four stars if she has a cute cousin. Five if he sneaks me free hazelnut flavoring.

We went to this Starbucks because of the FREE Cool Refresher drinks they were letting the public try on Fri 7÷13÷12 from 12−3pm. Got there a few minutes before 12 Noon and there was 3 people ahead of me. Guy working there said he thought the Very Berry Hibiscus was better tasting so we got that. It was a 12oz «Tall» cup filled with the reddish drink & some frozen/cold berries & lots of ice. I finished it in under 30 minutes. It was tasty enough. This location is closest to Togos & Happi House on Ranch Dr.
