Was here a few days ago to rent a unit. the guy who helped us — Scott was awesome he was very helpful on the phone and was even more helpful when we arrived at the place. he walked us to the unit so we can check it out ourselves even gave us discounts on the unit and supplies we bought.

Excellent facility and very friendly staff and management. I spoke with Scott and he was very helpful. The units and office were very clean. The process to sign up was fast. I also have the truck reserved for my move date and I am so relieved to have this since moving can get very pricey.

Great facilities! The staff was friendly and very helpful. They have a box truck that you can use for move in and will help you move things around if you need assistance. I would recommend this storage facility to anyone.

I’ve had a lot of storage units in the past. I never realized how much better your experience can be with great management and employees. The manager Scott is awesome! They’re always helping me get boxes that I have delivered over to my unit. Everyone there is always extremely helpful and super sweet. I highly recommend this place!

I have been at safkeep for over 3 years. I went here cause they had great security and they are close to where I live. Their staff has always been really helpful and pleasant. Recently I had to cut down on my expenses and having a 10×10 was just to expensive for me. I was looking to down size. I had looked at many other places which had lower prices but I could not talk to people on site everything went to a call center that wasn’t even in California. I called safkeep and talked to Scott on site and told him my issue and he said there is a special we have and it’s worth to check it out, would hate to loose your business. I ended up staying at safkeep. He showed me different units and compared the units. He was refreshingly accommodating and Scott’s patience was amazing, with myself being incisive. The staff has always been extremely helpful and compassionate yet Scott really went that extra mile to show me that my business mattered ! Thank you for saving me a trip across town!

Not sure why, but I had this idea that storage places are crude and probably a creepily eerily place, but not this one haha

Been with Saf Keep Storage for 4 years now and have recently upgraded my unit. Prices at this storage are very reasonable after doing a lot of research. Excellent customer service, especially provided by Scott. Easy access and very clean too.

What an easy transition. As I was searching for a local place I found a great on-​line deal with Saf Keep. It was a no fuss process, I felt at ease with the people running it. I was impressed with the cleaniness and security of the facility. The amendatities an option to use their moving truck, the «green» facility lights on a timer, hand trucks to ease moving, locks for sell. All made a bad break –up easy! Thanks to the staff for their friendly attitudes. I certainly would recommend them to anyone.

We’re still very happy with Saf Keep, especially the friendly and wonderfully helpful staff, but the prices have become painful. We’ve decided to donate our things to charity rather than spend a whole lot of cash every month to keep them. Ouch, ouch, ouch.

The place is clean. Scott is super nice and accomodating. The staff is always friendly and helpful. I only wish you have extended time, 7pm on weekdays is too
early for working people, may be you can suggest to upper management regarding

If you want a CLEAN, & SAFE storage with exceptional customer service, this is the place for you! I visited several storages and this was THE ONLY storage with their cameras on and monitoring the property. I’d definitely recommend this place just for your own sanity of your personal items being in a safe and clean environment.

I’ve been using them for about 3 years now. Never had an issue with then. They offer a free truck for moving which is nice so it saves you money on a rental. Try this place out if ever needed for storage.

My experience with Saf Keep Storage has been good. The manager was very friendly and professional. i was given a very affordable price for my space. Besides that, the location is also perfect. It just 3 minutes away from interstate highway 880 exit.

Let me just say I love the place. Scott, the manager is absolutely awesome. The place is clean, modern equipment and doesn’t look shady at all. Price is also very reasonable, not much more than the places nearby. There is ONE MAJOR problem I have.
The place only operates from 7 – 6:45. The hours are simply too short as I can only use the place on the weekend. Most working professionals don’t get home until 7, please extend the hours to 8 at least!!! If not for that, this place would have gotten a 5 star.
Also I had trouble getting to the office sometimes when Scott isn’t there, so make sure you look for him.

After looking at some scary storage facilities in bad neighborhoods, I was really surprised how nice this one is. My biz needed a drive-​up unit and they had plenty to choose from. Pricing was a bit higher than some others nearby but this place just felt safer. Best of all, the roll-​up doors here are really tall — at least 7 ft clearance — which was critical for us since we need to wheel in tall equipment easily. Most other storage places we looked at have high ceilings, but low doors.

I read the review and was worried about the moving my stuff in here. But i was totally wrong.
First, this place is very clean, Every time I go there, I see someone cleaning the public area.
Second, the price was reasonably priced and for the size i want 4 by 10 it was cheaper than publich storage. way cheaper.
I had a unit at public storage and when they raise my price after a year, I decided to move out and not only do I get a bigger unit at a cheaper monthly price, I also get the first two months half of.
Third, the unit was inside and cool. I can now store more temporary sensitive things as well as regular stuff. I am very happy with my decision to move. and the unit door opens like a regular door out instead of scrolling so you can storage more.
Fourth, they have free hand carts if you need them. And the office has cool water if you ever get thirsty.
Last but not least, the manager Scott was very friendly and helpful. If you have any special request, you can discuss with him. He will try the best he can to help you.
So far, I am really impressed and happy with my decision.

I have used Saf Keep twice in the past between 2006 and 2008. I had great experiences here in the past with both the quality of the facility and the staff, so when I found myself needing storage again I didn’t hesitate to call them.
Well, things (management I think) have changed in 2011! I looked up their rates online and found the unit size I needed was $ 86 a month, so I called to see if one was available. I spoke to a woman named Gloria who unintentionally did everything she could do to steer me away from using them. First she gave me the run around about whether the size I wanted was available then tried to hurry me up with the «I have two other people interested in renting this unit» line. I gave her my number and she said she would call later that day if no one showed up — NO call!
Even after my iffy conversation with Gloria, I went over the next morning to see about renting the unit and, lucky me, Gloria was working. She remembered our call from the previous day and proceeded to tell me that the size I wanted wasn’t available — then paused and did some checking and found one. Felt like the whole thing was a little staged and she was trying to make me think she was going above and beyond just for me — didn’t work!
So now, I’m ready to fill out the paperwork. I get started while she is helping other customers. When she gets back to me but before I sign the dotted line, I want to confirm the price with her. She goes on about insurance and my «option» to get insurance through them. I politely tell her that I have insurance and that I would be happy to give them a copy of the declaration page to waive the $ 9 a month extra charge. She tells me she «thinks» they will reimburse the $ 9 a month fee after I bring in my insurance. I press her for a definite answer BEFORE I sign and she had to call the manager to find out. Bottom line from them — even if I have my own insurance, I would still have to pay the $ 9 extra a month for theirs.
The whole process felt like a scam and I left without the renting the unit. Although, this place is in the best location for me, I refuse to use a place I feel isn’t being above board with me. I found a unit at a different place where I got honest, straight forward answers to all my questions the first time I asked.
