3 stars merely for the shoes, but the customer service here sucks ass. I go here if I need last minute sandals or wedges for an event but the employees seem like bored high school students who reply to your questions with «uhhhhh» and «ummmm okay». I work at a shoe store and coming here made me realize why we emphasis on customer service.

Best prices for knock off shoes!!! Cheaper than Waltz and any other mall nearby like Eastridge or Oakridge. I’ve been a fan of this store for years. They have a wide selection from pumps, boots, heels, flats, wedges, etc and pretty much whatever is in at the moment. They got wannabe Toms, wannabe Tory Burch, etc. They have a great clearance section and there’s always a good deal. The last time I checked it was buy one get the second for $ 3. Hecka cheap!!! I bought a pair of boots for $ 15 on Black Friday. It was from the clearance section and it was only 20% off. Oh well $ 15 still cheap. The main reasons why I love this store is their variety, low low price, and all of their stock is out on the sales floor so you can find your size yourself. My size is very common so it’s very hard for me to find my size. I hope they decide to order more smaller size! If you wanna look chic but can’t afford $ 100 Steve Madden shoes, have no fear and come here for a bargain!!!

I always stop by Nu Pair whenever I am in Great Mall. This store carries a variety of different styles flats, boots, and wedges! Great price! I bought a pair of wedges for $ 22 and found a pair of sandal in the clearance area which came out to be only $ 3! Just do some mix and match and you will be able to find the best deal at this location. The shoes may not be the greatest quality, but it last! As far as customer service, it is quite difficult to ask for a guy opinions on shoes… they appear to be clueless and minding their own business. Not sure why they were hired…

This is my go-​to shoe store. I absolutely love shoes, but I can’t justify myself to spend so much on them. They have great variety of trendy and basic shoes. I’ve never encountered rude employees from this store, so no complaints there! Although, It can get a little hectic in there sometimes, so don’t expect the best experience when it’s packed!

this is my go-​to store for cheapy shoes. i came here when they had their boots on clearance and i came out with two pairs for about $ 12 each. they carry the cheapie brands so don’t expect them to last as long as department store brands. somehow the shoes and sandals i get from here last longer than i expect them to. but i really don’t wear any of my shoes that much because i have a ton.
this store will definitely feed my summer sandal addiction.
as for the service, it was alright. the shoes were all out there so there’s really no need to ask for assistance. just some hi’s and bye’s were enough for me.

It’s quite a mess, and it just feels chaotic and unorganized.
Service is HORRIBLE, omg –_​_​_​_​_​_​_​_​– My 1^st time, this one woman was rudely ignoring me and made me wait for her to finish talking on the phone, and did not seem caring whatsoever. Her attitude was very unprofessional too, didn’t seem to want to be there, and didn’t care to even help customers. The 2^nd time, the same woman had to teach this other salesperson to make my purchase, really now?!
The quality is HORRIBLE TOO, cheapass material (knockoffs, and not comfortable).
They have NO returns, only store credit (which only lasts for 6 months too).
JUST NEVER AGAIN…

The Great Mall location has adequate customer service. I’ve seen teenagers in retail who give a lot more effort than most of the people working here. The fact that they were available to ring me up quickly gives them the one star.
However, the products they carry are extremely cheaply made. I bought a pair of ankle boots hoping they would last at least through the fall. I bought them nine days ago, wore them twice, and already one of the seams has split. I’m going in later to see if I can at least get a store credit in return for the poorly made boots. I doubt they will be accommodating, but I intend to make a fuss if they don’t. Although I don’t really want another pair of cheap shoes, I’d rather get something I can wear for more than a week!
I’d much rather go to Steve Madden or another similar shoe store and pay three times as much for something that won’t fall apart in a matter of days.

This store has cute trendy shoes, however they are cheap. If you are looking for a quick cheap trend to wear then this is the place to go. Sorry little foot people… this place does not carry size 5.
I was sold a used shoe from this store and upon trying to exchange the shoe 1 day later I was told that they would not be able to accommodate me because I wore the shoe. I will never shop at this store again. I love supporting small businesses but they have lost a customer due to poor customer service.

Rudest saleswoman I’ve every encountered. Completely ignored me while having a long personal phone coversation and while chatting with the other salesman. Then came over and chastised me for making a mess by taking so many shoes out of the boxes to try on. When I told her it was her job to put away shoes (and It”s not like she was busy working at anything else!) she said she had the right to tell me to leave the store, and if I didn’t leave she was calling security. As she walked away, she made a comment about how I was too old to be shopping there anyway. She then called security and told them I was refusing to leave the store. I cannot believe someone is paying her to stand around talking and then be so nasty to customers. They didn’t sell a single pair of shoes while I was in there. I don’t know how this place stays in business.

I really like Nu Pair! My girls and I always half the buy one get one half off sale. The boots here actually last you an entire season! The employees are always really friendly, and more often than not, my size is available. Don’t you HATE shoe stores that always run out of sizes?
They’ve got everything from flip flops, to skank heels, to boots. I love it! So far, I’ve had no complaints. Flats don’t last as long as I would like, but hey they’re flats. And, as often as I wear them, I’m not surprised.
I like the clearance racks they have in the back also. Sometimes they’ve got cute heels for just $ 14. When this place is really on sale, they throw in a free pair of flip flops too.
Definitely give this place a try, I think it’ll surprise you :]

This place is a hot mess, thats what makes it so amazing.
If you can dig through the sale racks in the back to find two matching shoes that fit, odds are you’re getting a ridiculously great deal.
If you are a shoe abuser and don’t want to keep buying and ruining expensive shoes, stock up at Nu Pair. They keep pretty up-​to-​date and they don’t harass you/​follow you around the whole store, which is nice.

Nu Pair has cheap shoes for a fairly cheap price. i like this store though. I definitely like the girl who works there (i dont know her name! but she has a snake bite piercing.) she was very sweet and helpful. i have gotten 3 pairs of boots there. and the last time i went (which was tuesday and yesterday). they have a deal going on where the clearance section is 60% off. i got my boots for 13bucks. it’s cheap. but so is the quality of the boots. ehh what can you do.
the no return/​no exchange policy stands firm in the clearance section. never bought anything from the non-​clearance section though. but my boots still work fine!

The only reason why I went into Nu Pair because the store had a BOGO at ½ price sale. My feet are small so I had a hard time finding my size. After trying on 7 different pair of shoes, I was able to select 2 that fits. The return policy is NO RETURN OR REFUNDS, but you can exchange within 7 days with receipt. I wear my boots like twice a week and one of them broke in 2 months because the sole was only super glue. Um, I think I will stick to my Payless Shoes because they last longer, more comfortable, clean and better customer service.

Think Waltz — but better. Customer service is adequate though not friendly. However, the selection of inexpensive shoes is good, and they have an ongoing buy one pair get one 50% off sale.
This place is great for boots and flats, but I think the platforms/​wedges/​heels selection leaves much to be desired.

I give ZERO STARS to NU PAIR store in great mall in Milpitas, California. One of the worst experiences with the staff and the shoes I bought. The pair of shoes I bought did not last more than a month. Front bottom of the shoe came off and $ 32 went straight down the drain. The staff clearly said that
«our quality is cheap that is why we have cheap prices». They did not offer any kind of exchange or even partial refund. I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THEM AGAIN. NU PAIR STAFF ARE UNPROFESSIONAL AND SELL CHEAP QUALITY.

The shoes here are okay and cheap but don’t expect anything off the wall.

I’ve bought 3 pairs w/​in a week. They have lots of varieties from casual wear, to sandals, pumps, boots, to dressy. very affordable. buy 1 get the other one half off.

just recently i tried on a pair of wedge boots and thought i could totally live without them. only to figure out that i couldnt so i u-​turned my ass back into the store.
i wish the workers would do more than just stare at you while you help your ownself get shoes. but stars for always greeting tho.

Anne S’ review pretty much sums it up. The buy one get one 50% off (all the time) is great since their shoes are not expensive at all. Very trendy, at the moment shoes. Last weekend was the first time I ever bought shoes from here. I bought a pair of flats (soda footwear) that Sheikh and Waltz also carried, but they were cheapest at Nu Pair. Service is pretty shitty, but if you can find something specific you need and you like it here, then go for it. Another thing for me is that they have a wide range of colors, so if you need some plain shoes for a certain event, I usually try coming here to find something for what I need.
