After scheduling my appointment, I tried calling back several times to ask them a question. Phone just rang and there was no answering machine. Irritated, I drove down to their site off Abel in Milpitas as a courtesy to cancel. It was an Allstate office.
They eventually called me back and I explained my fiasco. They had nothing to say about it.
The site looks legit and whoever I spoke with on the phone to schedule my appointment was very professional. Maybe I caught them on a bad day, I don’t know.
