Unilocal hour said car wash opens until 5:30pm on Saturday. I drove up at 5:07pm and they said that they are closed.

These guys are awesome. My old car is brand new. Very nice staff and detailed work. I spent $ 225, got their most expensive service and worth it. Highly recommended. Was reading the bad reviews, not sure what happened. But if there is any problem and you bring it to their notice then, they’ll fix it right away.

$ 45 «hand wash» means EXTERIOR ONLY. They didn’t bother even vacuuming inside. When I pointed this out, they stated that I need to pay for the shampoo treatment and they already vacuum as best they could. I took a rubber floor mat out and shook it in front of them, TONS of crap flew out on to ground. He just starred silently for a moment. Then said they could do a better job it would just take more time. I had already left it there for 1hr, so I declined and left.
When ordering hand wash I expected interior, be warned, they do not vacuum, shake floor mats, or wash seats with that package.

Sorry, but this place is S-​L-​O-​W. I was just the second car in line, and it’s now going over 30 mins. Also, the guy who checked me in didn’t say hello, just stuck a price list under my nose. I picked one, then he tried to up sell me, and I nearly laughed about his sales «skills». It’s in a convenient location, but seriously, be prepared to WAIT. Lastly, it’s expensive here, $ 17 for a basic wash. Give me a break.

Scratched up my rim on driver side and my seat cap to move up and down and fall off on my new Lexus. They must doing very rough to the car. Their camera can’t proved they did it, they won’t repair it for me. First time here, paid $ 50 for the best service, turned out to be the most shitty work ever. *** warning *** avoid this place or you put your car into risk!!!

The worst car wash in the area. I have never seen a service provider who does not give an f about his customers. Considering what they charge for cleaning. Unless you buy the packages they charge 34 $ (with taxes). And they clean only the outside of the car, and the carpets. I called the manager to show him the stains left uncleaned on the seats. and he told me we do not clean seats! Avoid this place like a plague! I plan to do so.

My car has never been this clean! I’ve taken it to other car washes and it always came out spotty. I didn’t think the spots would ever come out, but they did and the car shines like new. Great job cleaning it inside and out. I had no wait because I arrived early Monday morning. I don’t think it’s their fault they have long lines sometimes. That just means they are popular. The only thing that bothered me was the first guy I saw outside that was getting me a ticket for the wash was on his smart phone constantly, even while helping me. Now if this is the way they sign in cars for service then that’s fine. I’d then give 5 stars.

I was a little concerned about getting my car washed here because of the low ratings from the reviews but this was the closest place to my work and my car was filthy dirty! So I decided to go there during my lunch break and I must say, I have no complaints whatsoever and they did an amazing job on my car.
The young guy who showed me the menu was great and though I was hesitant to go through with the car wash cause it was more expensive than I generally pay, he reassured me that I am going to like the results. Which I did!
Everything went smoothly and I was really impressed to see that after the car went through the actual wash, the car was wiped down and cleaned by four different people. It’s not a lot of space but everyone was meticulous with the cleaning and I actually had to cut the cleaning short cause I wanted to grab some lunch before heading back to work.
Love this place and wish people would give them better ratings cause they really deserve it. I know it sucks to wait for a long time for a car wash but I’d rather be happy with the results than have them quickly wipe down the car and move on (which other car washes do!) Will come back!

I like that this place is close and that the quality of their work is pretty good, but the time it takes to get your car washed is excruciatingly, painfully slow.
I’ve gone here many times before, and I see the manager commenting on others’ reviews with messaging that they are working to improve things, buts it’s honestly getting worse and worse with every visit. Thanks for acknowledging that there’s an issue, but not seeing you doing much to rectify things in the short term here either!
Whether it’s the staffing and production model or the configuration of the infrastructure itself, something is definitely wrong here. This will be my last time visiting this establishment because it’s just ridiculous to wait 45 minutes — 1 hour 45 minutes for your car to be washed whether is crowded or not. (Not even talking about being waxed or detailed!). I’d rather drive a bit farther for better service and business that respects their customers’ time.

Been waiting for 45 mins to get my car and these people haven’t even started on it.
At least give your customers a heads up on how long the wait might be…
Never returning to this spot

I can’t give these guys 1 star in good conscience because they do a 3 star job cleaning your car. The problem is their speediness deserves 1 star. It might be the guys doing the work, but I think it’s just the poor assembly line setup. They have two long rows of cars pouring into a mechanized wash area, then it all bottlenecks at a short finishing area. They need to dedicate more space or people to the hand finishing area.
Compared to places like Tan’s Touchless in Santa Clara, this place is glacially slow almost all day every day. Tan’s never takes more than 20 – 30 minutes max.
Bottom line, if you like spending 1 – 2 hours waiting for your car to be washed, this place is your dream destination!

Why the hell are they running their fountain (in the outdoor waiting area) in the middle of a drought? Recycled water or not, it’s spewing water all over the ground. The concrete within a 3 foot radius all the way around the fountain is soaked. Oh, and good luck finding any shade while you wait. They have exactly three tables inside which are always taken. No shade coverage outside.

What a terrible experience. I wish Unilocal had negative stars. They would deserve –5. This is not a review about their quality of car wash but about their customer service.
I reached the car wash at 5:05PM on a weekday. There was a big line, so I asked the guy who was taking the cars in how much time would it take to get the car washed. He said 40 – 45 minutes. I decided to get it done even though it was way too long to wait for a car wash.
I paid up and patiently waited at the other side of the tunnel to see my car emerge. After waiting for 40 minutes when I did not see my car I decided to go back and see what’s going on. The guy told me there were 5 more cars ahead of me before my car would even get into the tunnel. That would have taken me another 40 – 45 minutes to get my car back.
Since I needed to pick up my kids at 6:00 I asked them to pull my car out of the line and refund my money. When I went inside to get my money back, they refused to give the refund. When I told them the situation the guy reluctantly went to talk to the manager and said that since they had vacuumed the car they will charge $ 5. I said I don’t think you should, but if you have to then do it and give my money back. The guy went again to talk to the manager and came back with an answer that they will refund the full money but manager asked him to convey to me: «YOU ARE NOT WELCOME HERE ANYMORE!».
Any decent business would have been apologetic about the extended wait time and offered a discount on a next visit. I am not going there again anyways, and I would urge Unilocalers to boycott them as well if you can. Such businesses have no place in our community.

I really liked this spot when it first opened. Plus it’s down the street from my office, so I’ve often referred patients or their family members if I know they have to wait for a long procedure. However, this last installment on my prepaid wash package is likely to be my last visit.
The last few visits here have been pretty inconsistent with something missing each time. I’ve been able to look past unwiped dashes, even the scratch and dirt underneath the spoiler, but I do expect that I’ll have at least an express wax applied for the «Executive» wash package. The car doesn’t feel slick, doesn’t bead water, and you definitely can’t slide a towel across the hood after today’s visit.

Coming this time with yet a different car. Our Dodge Durango. It was busy, the line to enter the car wash is pretty confusing to most if they’ve never had to wait before while there were more cars then at a Honda dealership.
The employees like to talk to each other in Spanish. Most times I assume that they are talking mad shit about the people who are always telling the workers what spots to get or the spots that are missed. I give them that.
The seating area is alright, a little small for how busy they usually get. The water fountain they put in always wets people as the wind picks up. It’s like «Hello? I only came for a car wash…» More shade would be appreciated too.
For the most part the cars do come out generally clean. I’m still waiting for mine to pop out of the wash, but I’ve been here multiple times to know what to expect. The employees do a good job, but doesn’t seek like they really like anything here.

I’ve been a regular customer for almost a year. These guys work extra hard to give the best service possible. I purchased the buy three get two free deal and it was worth every penny! I’m amazed to see how they get my car cleaned inside and out every single time as if it were pulling out of the car dealer’s lot. These guys are detailed oriented as they get into all the nooks and crannies when coming back from a long road trip with the family.
However, this place does get extremely busy during afternoon hours up til closing so I recommend to come early in the morning if you don’t like waiting up to an hour. This is fairly a new facility and I don’t mind waiting as they have a nice clean seating area outside.
I want to thank the manager Robert and Sergio for giving me and my family’s cars the best possible experience and great customer service every time I come here to Milpitas Auto Spa. I would recommend all my family and friends to this place!

EXTREMELY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. J.D., Laura your customer service clerk, was rude and very unprofessional. I wanted to redeem 2 winning lotto tickets and verify that two were as the self check lotto machine said were not winners. She refused to listen to my explanation and threw the lotto tickets back at me and said it was not her job to check lotto tickets. Your supervisor, on duty, took over the transaction and gave me your phone number and name so that I can report the lousy service. This after, I purchased an executive car wash today and a full service hand wax last week for my other car. Laura refused to stop yelling and then went on break.
Take note, Laura was being rude to another customer trying to purchase a bottle of water before us. I do hope that you do not condone or train your employees to aggressively and rudely chastise PAYING Customers for giving you money for goods and services.
As for me, my family, and my friends… We will not be coming back.

This review is not about the quality of the car wash but of the service and attitude I experienced. I left the place after waiting for 15 minutes, not being helped, and getting yelled at by an irritated employee.
Got there around 4:30PM on a Monday. Being unsure of what to do, I parked behind one of the lines and just waited in my car. A guy in a white shirt would occasionally look over at me and then look away. No one came over to ask if I needed anything, but since none of the other cars were moving anyways, I figure I’d just chill and listen to a podcast.
15 minutes passed, finally some movement. White shirt guy looked over at me again and pointed to an empty spot which I can only assume is where he wanted me to move to. But as soon as I put my car in park there, another guy stopped what he was doing and proceeded to tell me I just cut in front of someone.
Sorry, I didn’t know. Where do you want me to go?
There’s 2 lines, you can’t just cut in front of that truck. (Pointing behind me)

The guy mumbled something, shook his head, and went back to doing his work. Thanks a lot, white shirt guy, for getting me in trouble. I guess I’ll take me cue and just leave.

I was around Milpitas and needed a car wash so I decided to give Milpitas Auto Spa a try. It’s located where the 76 Gas Station and 7 – 11 store is. Decent pricing, highest at $ 35 for a vacuum, interior cleaning, wash, and express wax. It’s quite busy on weekends, but the total wait time was nearly an hour which is reasonable. I felt so and so with the service. My car came out clean, shiny and dry, leaving no lingering wet spots.
3 stars because it wasn’t as clean as I expected. I had to use my own fingernails to scrub off the few nasty tree sap spots that were still on my car. Since my interior was also clean, it wasn’t throughly clean as I could still see marks on the back of my driver seat from my nephew who likes to leave marks on my black interior chair which can be clean with a bit of more effort wiping it through.
Overall, it’s just okay, basic service and I could probably go some other places that’s worth the buck.

Quick in and out for an exterior wash. The attendants in the finishing area are great about organizing cars so that those that are ready but at the back of the line can still get out.
Look for a wash attendant walking around the pumps with coupons as you’re getting gas.
Rich’s recommendation: as with all car washes, go during non-​peak hours.
