Just had the strangest experience. While in the process of getting the final proof approved, I received an invoice and an e-​mail telling me to pick up my order. I called and mentioned that there were errors and I had yet to approve the project. They called back and told me I had approved when I came to pick out the color, even though the final proof was sent later on in the day. Instead of wanting to work something out, she got upset that it was all done printing and they were stuck with the product. Well what the hell am I supposed to do with 400 booklets that I’m not happy with. She told me to find another print shop. Will do.
