Elite Cleaning & Events

We utilized Elite Cleaning for about several months now and most recently decided to part ways with them because of distrust. Initially, Paul, the individual that came to quote our home and came to clean our house was great, he was extremely friendly, cleaned our house good alongside his two female helpers, Jenny and Michelle (?).
Then, Paul started to bring Richard, who was also friendly, but after their last cleaning visit, we noticed the plastic film we installed in our shower windows for security reasons was completely scraped off! So, we contacted Amanda and she said she would have Paul contact us. Paul eventually called us back and explained to my husband that the reason why they scraped that off was because they were «going above and beyond» in cleaning our bathrooms… I was befuddled when I heard this. It seems the last six times they came to clean our house, they didn’t touch the film… so does that mean they weren’t going above and beyond?! The fact that Paul KNEW that Richard scraped the design off of our film and NOT tell us, gave us a huge red flag! What else had he done without telling us?! It honestly would not have been so bad if he would have told us after finishing up that Richard had scraped it off and that he apologized for it… but to offer a cover up?! really?!
I would not recommend Elite Cleaning… inconsistent helpers and dishonest. sorry!
