We also provide amazing promotions on Comcast Xfinity services, and our new partnership with Vivint Home Security and Home Automation make our store a one stop shop for all your wireless, and home technology needs. We are the prime location in the bay area, and have called the Milpitas Great Mall our home for over 6 years!

History

Established in 1999.

In 1999, Diamond Wireless began selling wireless phones by way of soliciting on a predictive dialing phone system. At that time, Diamond didn’t have a single retail location. Owned and operated by Troy Crosland, his father Craig Crosland, and Troy’s sister Danielle Nielson, they would begin a successful journey that would go on to become one of the largest Verizon Wireless Indirect dealers in the United States and provide employment for over 1300 employees.

Ben Gacrama is currently a Senior Store Manager in the Northern San Jose/​Bay Area. He has been with the company for over 6 years, worked in over 4 different locations. He has over 10 years of wireless experience stemming from several of his current company’s competitors, and is well versed in plan customization.

Along with Ben’s appreciation of the customer and the importance of their experience in the store, he enjoys watching and participating in several team sports activities while being a 1st degree black belt in Tae Kwon Do. Ben is open to all questions in regards to plan pricing and phones as well. Feel free to visit anytime!

Writing a review from last night’s experience. The previous time before this with a Verizon store was a negative experience, so this time around was a nice change.
I picked this location because they were open until 9, while other stores closed at 8. I was running late so I drove over here. And the extra distance was well worth it!
All the stars belong to the representatives. They weren’t huffy and puffy because they had customers close to the closing hours. I personally had Fabiola as my rep. She was very knowledgeable of the products and services and the discounts that are linked to my account. Throughout the ordeal I put her through (keeping them after hours) she remained calm and patient.
The other rep, Matt (I think was his name), showed the same professionalism with his customer. He helped his customer out very well from my observance. And the same thing, even though I was holding him after hours he continued his day to day tasks as if they were in their standard working hours, even though the rest of the mall had shut down.
I will definitely return to this location for my future business with Verizon. Thank you!

Purchased a iPhone 6S Plus and my experience here was phenomenal. A younger guy named Nathan helped me. He was very knowledgable, knew exactly how the plans work and he even broke it down for me. The best part was that he wasn’t pushy at all like the other workers! To top it all, he walked me through the plans step by step and helped me select a plan that fit my budget. I will be back soon to purchase phones from Nathan.

Went in to switch from T-​mobile to Verizon wireless in the first week of November 2015. I wanted to do the $ 300 smartphone trade-​in. The store associate told me «yes, you can trade in any smart phone for a $ 300 Verizon gift card.» I was to receive a text code to apply the promo online the following day after I signed up. Never received it. Called in 4 – 5 times speaking to a variety of different associates and managers each one transferring to someone else. Got a hold of Ben on 12/​08/​2015 when he told me he would look into it. Followed up on 12/​12/​2015 where he said they would be sending the shipping label for me to send in the phone. I followed up on 12⁄15 and 12⁄29 about not receiving anything yet, and he said «ok I will look into this right now whats your email?» Now today is 01÷07÷2016… Nothin…
Not sure what to do. I think they are just figuring I’ll forget about the original agreement. Diamond wireless is quite the scam.

I came into the store one day just to ask about adding someone onto my phone line and was helped by Fabiola who was the most attentive, helpful, and friendly associates in any Verizon I have ever gone to. This is going to be my go-​to Verizon store from now on, unless Fabiola leaves, then I’m following her!

So, I just had to leave a review since the reviews for this location are what brought me in to this location instead of the other Verizon store in Milpitas! I went in with my dad who, shall we say, is very «particular» about things. Basically, all we wanted to do was upgrade one of the four phones on our plan and nothing else. No adding of anything thing, or changing to our current plan. BEN was absolutely amazing. He wasn’t pushy pushy on anything. He respected my dad’s wishes, made only a few suggestions and basically made our experience nothing to complain about. I worked customer service for years and I expect nothing but superior service from the places where I spend my money because of it. That is exactly what I got here! I couldn’t be more happy with the service I got from Ben. He made it easy to ask questions and was able to provide the answers that I needed. I’m a very happy customer!

I went to this store to buy a new iPhone 6s. A lovely lady Fabiola helped me and made it a very pleasant experience. She explained the plans in detail and went out her way to find one that suits me best. She is very patient and genuinely customer caring. Answered many questions from me and installed the accessories for me nicely.

What are you supposed to expect from a Premium Retailer? Free lunch would be nice but seriously; I went to take care of some business and I can’t even tell if its the hardware, air-​ware or just NO where to be found… the help on using device properly is not the issue but the service. Why Should I pay for any thing that does not work right.
This spot has some good employees but as for the service as a whole it is what it is but what should not be. Shakespeare fans — I am not being wordy in that phrase but trying to make that name uphold what it is presuming to have. Clout.

Decided to dump my Sprint account. Walked into Verizon at the mall and was greeted by sales person Mathew. He set me up and explained everything to me. Thirty minutes later I was off with my new device. Its been 6 weeks and everything is just fine.

My husband and I are both in car sales. We both pride ourselves on providing complete honesty with every single customer. That means full disclosure and truly having our customers best interests at heart. Sure, we as salespeople and are in the business to make money, but who wants dirty money based on trickery? Karma is a you-​know-​what.
So when my husband comes home to tell me that Delayna has failed to mention an extra $ 40 /​mo fee, after visiting her multiple times to add a line, quoting him at $ 6/​mo-​I was inclined to write this review. People like her are the reason salespeople get such a bad reputation. Needless to say, she will not earn our business and my husband felt compelled to share the fact that she wasted his valuable time. Why are integrity and honesty so hard to come by, when I can maintain honesty and integrity in every single one of my dealings with people shopping for cars?

its never fun going to a phone store, but overall a decent Verizon store experience. they help you quickly here & don’t make you wait too long… the girl that helped us was very nice & helpful.
The not so good — how does a cell phone store not have cell phones?!? apparently they did not have iphone 6 and neither did all of the Verizon stores in the bay area? that seems odd to me. they quoted me a 2 day shipping time. that was Monday, now im told the phone is not coming until Saturday? I’m no genius but I swear Monday +2 day shipping = Wednesday. Maybe Thursday at the latest if giving the benefit of the doubt.

I was referred by a friend to see Ben Gacrama due to his great customer service. He unfortunately wasn’t working that day, but Ben was able to have another associate named Elizabeth help me. She provided excellent service and was able to get me set up with a brand new phone in no time.
I’d definitely come back to this store even though there’s closer locations to where I live!

THIS PLACE DOES NOT DESERVE YOUR BUSINESS.
My elderly parents went there to request that the insurance be removed from their phones. They had been paying for this insurance for the last year since they got these phones from this place and finally realized it wasn’t worth it for the type of phones they have (basic phones). They were helped by a guy named Ben who also offered to lower their monthly bill by putting them on a new plan that would be $ 20 less than what they were currently paying + include unlimited text messaging. My parents don’t text message, but what the heck, it was free. When they came home and told me about this, I was a bit skeptical so I did my own research. I have a friend that works at Verizon… the REAL Verizon, not this franchised piece of ****. He told me yes, they added the unlimited text messaging, but they failed to activate the $ 10 per line discount for each line. He even printed it out and showed me. After I got this fixed through the REAL Verizon, I thought I’d better check if the guy actually cancelled the insurance as he said he would. NOPE, you guessed it, he didn’t. They deducted the insurance amount from my parents’ bank account a week after he supposedly cancelled it. So I called their 800 # and cancelled it myself after waiting on hold for 30 MINUTES. I have NEVER received this kind of slow customer service from the REAL Verizon whom I deal with for my own phone. Bottom line, this place DOES NOT deserve your patronage. Go to the a REAL Verizon store, the closest one to this location is in McCarthy Ranch. Anyone low enough to screw with elderly people definitely DO NOT deserve your business, so please do not support these crooks.
