IFYOUARE A LANCÔMEFAN this place is a must go. I don’t know about the service but I honestly don’t care really much about it. One thing you should know that every SALE cosmetics and fragrances are final sale so make sure you choose carefully. Another thing is that I love how I can get 20−75% off the cosmetics. I recently just bought 2 Lancôme Art liner 24hr for $ 18 each when it’s actually $ 30 in other places. I also got most of my Lancôme concealer water proof for $ 12 each. Sometimes they don’t have your color so you must be lucky to be able to have it. They do have a variety of pencils eyeliner such as urban decay 24⁄7 eyeliner in different colors. Lots of eyeshadows and colors liquid eyeliner. A few lipstick, bronzer, face powder, and foundation(like I said if they have your color) I come here every once a month .You can always call what they have for sale and ask when will be the new ones arriving. 4 stars since there isn’t much sale product but costumer service is always good whenever I go here.

I would like to say the staff the lady who stand in counter, she is very very rude. She never speak well, she always pretend if you want to buy then buy or go home. I brought one mascara there i was asking her details she was not in mood to tell details and specially her face expression was very rude. I will never go there again, she has no manners how to talk with customers

Bad service. My wife is totally NOT satisfied about the sales representative Shantel. She didn’t tell customer the sale is final and expected the customer to read the small print on the receipt and the small sign on the table. They should tell the customer that the product is unexchangeable and not returnable before the customer buys it, not after.

I have to say that it’s painful to give this place 2 stars because they have so many cool(Discontinued or not…) colors and scents which are at a much lower price than department stores. I have two Lancôme lipsticks which I use religiously and they’ve cost me pretty much 10 bucks each. This low rating though is due to their customer service. In one word: awful. They lightly glance your way and greet you when you walk in and then remain standing there like zombies while you look around. I’ve gone in multiple times where this has happened. I’ll ask about a product and get one word responses or they’ll point in a certain direction and expect you to go look for yourself. The most disconcerting part was that they don’t ask you if they could help you look for something. It’s almost as if they think because you’re at an outlet, there should be no high service standards expected. The funny thing is that I’ve gone to other locations and they are very helpful! It’s probably just the GM one. Disappointing…

I came here to check out the makeup that they has, but instead I found some cheap Essie nail polishes. They were having a sale for only $ 4! What a steal! The girl at the counter was really friendly and helpful. I hope they have more colors soon!

I want to say 3.5 stars. The girls that work here are really nice, and they’re not exactly extremely trained in color matching, so you can’t be too angry with them if you’re not swatched correctly. Also, they’re really helpful if you want to know if certain products are available, and if you ask they tell you about their upcoming sales they know about :) The selection here is great for an ‘outlet’ store. They have a lot of the department store selection for 15% off for mostly Lancome. They also sell other L’Oreal brands and fragrances such as Kiehl’s, YSL(sometimes), Giorgio Armani Perfume, etc. I am notching some stars down because I purchased lancome’s artliner there, and I’m not sure if it’s the product or if it’s because I purchased it at an outlet, but the liner is only about 2 months old, and I barely use it and it’s already almost out. I hope it’s just that I purchased it at an outlet, because I really do love artliner, even though it is a bit pricey. But, check it out! I love their little sale section they have in front, there’s always some great steals. I copped a $ 9 matte pink lipstick, and I always get compliments on it!

I always passed by this store, but never thought to check out until I went shopping with my cousin. As we walked towards it, she looked at me with menacing eyes and whispered, «Don’t tell anyone about this place» as her hand gripped my arm and her nails dug into my skin. Ooops. You guys are cool, right? RIGHT? Riiight.

I came here on a holiday weekend and they had great promotions in this store. I couldn’t help but go in and take a gander. The brands I notice: Kiehl’s, Lancome, Shu Uemura, Vichy, Biotherm. Guess what these brands are owned by L’oreal. I was looking for a very specific scent that Kiehl’s no longer carries in stores, Cucumber. I was bummed and my spirits were lifted when I found a full sized bottle lotion for $ 7(reg.$ 20), Lavender lotion 4.2 oz for $ 5(reg.12.50), nordstrom’s featured soy milk & honey cleanser for $ 5(reg. $ 15.50). Kiehl’s has expensive products so this was a great deal. The day I came here, I got lucky. I ask one of the girls behind the counter, how often do they get shipments of Kiehl’s products and she says its whatever is leftover at the warehouse. I saw come here during holidays and splurge. I’m on the look out for the Lancome gift sets — these are the ones that department stores give out with purchase. They have cheap purchases right by the cash register. $ 1 mini juicy tubes in a few colors and $ 2 for Kiehl’s lip glosses. It changes up but it’s always a good buy. Of course, colors are always limited to what was overstock or leftovers. If you look hard enough you will discover some treasures in this store. Happy hunting!

Most of the time when I come here I end up spending money on products that I didn’t realized I even needed! By now I have at least 4 tubes of red lipstick from Lancome stocked up. Most of the products they carry here are the same ones you can find at any department store. On days when there isn’t any special promotion going on, the prices for these items are a couple dollars cheaper than retail(i.e. Lancome Juicy Tube was $ 13-$ 15 the last time I checked, and retails for $ 18) HOWEVER, come here on a good day when there’s a sale and you’ll be tempted to grab every color lipstick, blush, gloss, etc. etc. The 4 for $ 40 was the best promotion yet, even though you could only purchase 1 bottle of foundation, but its such a steal anyway when the same one retails for $ 42 @ Macy’s. Don’t expect to find every shade of foundation/blush/lipstick/lipgloss you would normally purchase at a department store since the ones usually found here are limited editions or colors that didn’t sell well. On one occasion they had Shu Uemura limited edition 24 karat gold eyelash curlers on sale for $ 10(must have been leftover stock from the holidays)! The girls working there are friendly and though they are«color specialist» they are helpful. If you are a mall employee, present your check for a 15% mall discount(does not apply on special promotions though)

I can never come to DF&CCO without buying. I would spend about 30 – 45 minutes in the store making my selections. I L-O-V-E makeup! Promotions: This place has great promotions going on all the time. On one occasion, the entire store was an additional 40% off on all products. On a different occasion, the promotion was a 4/$ 40 deal. This past Saturday, I stopped by to pick up some lipsticks and lipglosses. What did you know, the makeup were 4/$ 36.Yes, you heard me correctly, I said, «FOURITEMSFOR $ 36». I bought stuff for other people I know as well. It was such a good deal that I couldn’t pass on. Products: Lancome also has a great skincare line(which isn’t apart of the 4/$ 36 deal). The waterproof eyeliner stays on. The liquid eyeliners that they have are the Artliner and Laque Liner. The Artliner has a thick felt tip while the Laque Liner is a thin brush that can be used to create a thin or thick line depending on the pressure and amount of product that is on the brush.(The eyeliners are apart of the $/$ 36 deal.) My all time favorite lipgloss is the Juicy Tubes line in the Simmer color. It’s a neutral color that’s so pretty. Lancome’s eye shadows are ok. They have beautiful colors and it’ll do the job, but I prefer MAC when it comes to eyeshadows because it has more impact.(Eyeshadows are apart of the 4/$ 36 deal.) I love Lancome’s self-tanning line! The Star Bronzer for my cheeks gives me a radiant glow. The Flash Bronzer Airbrush darkens my leg faster than other products that I’ve used. Definitely, give Lancome’s tanning line a try if you’re into that look.(The tanning line aren’t apart of the 4/$ 36 deal.) Service: The girls here are sweet. They’ll greet you and let you know that they’re there to help and they aren’t pushy with their products like the girls at Macy’s. Last Thought: Prestige makeup at drug store prices. No complaints from me.
