Do not shop here! The two young woman who work at the front desk are very rude. When they refused to help me I asked if I could speak with the manager and they refused to let me talk to him. Then they insisted that they were the acting managers which was a total lie. Like I have never worked in retail before? You can’t just pretend to be the manager. The attitude of these two employees has ruined this store for me I will never step foot in a crocs store ever again if this is what they think customer service means! So very diasspointed that these woman we hired to work here with no customer service skills at all. Also I just wanted to add i drove a very long way to visit this store. And they really didn’t care about that either. They just told me to shop online instead! I’m sorry I like to try on shoes before I buy them! Horrible experience. Never again!

I am someone who goes for the cheapest stuff, use them for few days and throw them. But with my plantar fasciitis, that’s all gone. Crocs helped me so much, I came for my 3rd pair of shoes and got one more pair for 50% off. Even the 1st2 pairs I got the same way. I love this offers and the shoes more. I’m going to use them at home too instead of my fleece shoes. And the guys at the shop are too cool, they come around asking if you need help, and do what you ask too. Happy with the products and the staff both times.

Crocs has really cute sandals and flats for women now; don’t let the Crocs name fool you! However, I was disappointed the store didn’t offer the same selection as online, which is where I’ve been buying all of mine. Not sure I’ll come back. Online it is.

Went there to get my first Crocs. When I about to pay for it, the price tag says«29.99», but when the the cashier scanned the bar code, it became«43.99». I was sure that the cashier saw the tag but didn’t say anything after the price turned«43.99». I questioned her why, she went to get another pair to scan but still not 29.99. After back and forth 3 times, she finally changed the price to 29.99. She didn’t apologize for the mistake and at the end when I said«thank u» to her, she didn’t even say a freaking word! Will never go back again! I’m not a straight As student but at least I know how to read the numbers!

So yes they don’t have the latest crocs but this is because it’s an outlet. I got my 1st pair of crocs here(I now own 3) and I’ve been in love with Crocs ever since. My first crocs were the melindas and they were under $ 20. I’ve worn them so much(though they don’t breathe well) so I got the adrina flats I which are open so they breathe much better.

I’ve never owned Crocs, nor do I plan to, but on toddlers, it’s way too cute! Saw the bargain bins, and they’re currently having a BOGO ½ off. started going through the bargain bins, but the crocs I wanted for the kiddies happened to be dirty on the bottom, or dried glue on the sides, etc. Sucks! And you definitley have to sift through those bins for days, as they’re deep, some shoes are not connected with the other, etc. I had to constantly ask the workers in there questions, they never approached me for help. They have a large selection, even more hiding in the back, but the sizes I needed, I could barely find.

Their customer service SUCKS. Went in there today to get some new Crocs. It was only 11 am, not too many people in the shop at all. There was one lady who stayed behind the register the whole time. I swear she didn’t move from that spot one bit the whole 30 mins I was there. How can you help anyone if you just stand behind the register the whole time and not ask anyone if you need any help. I spotted some that I liked and I start looking for a size. They only had 2 sizes, 5 and 11. I was asked if I needed any help by another worker. I tell her that I’m looking for a size 10 and she can help me, I tell her that I have only seen a couple of sizes. She tells me, that the larger sizes are up top and walks away. How is that helping me, I saw that already. You couldn’t have taken a look yourself, just to make sure I didn’t miss anything? Really? Thanks for nothing.

My son loves this shoes. We came here to buy his 3rd pair. He’s been wearing crocs since he started walking(he’s already 4) I suggest this to babies who’s just learning to wAlk since this is very very light. A pair will cost you $ 24.99. This store is an outlet store but they never sell it cheap. They do have a buy one get the other one 50%. I just wish this store will have those with different design eg batman like the second pair I got my son.
