Jamie is the best! Taking the time to greet and ensure that the customer and their families are enjoying the facility is truly commendable. He goes over and beyond his duties, responsibility and expectations. atmosphere, food, staff, affordability and safety is their top priority. Not sure the name of the pizza baker, but she truly has mastered the art of perfect pizTheza. Enjoy!

Came here to have a fun time for my son’s 4^th birthday. This place is amazing and fun. A great place to come for kids to have fun. I would have done 5 stars, but the bathrooms were a mess! We spent a few hours here and every time I went in to a restroom it was gross. They should be getting clean on a regular basis. Other than the restrooms, the place is fun.

When I come by the Bounce-​A-​Rama it’s usually for the bounce area. The venue boasts a nice party area with the usuals. I have not been there lately but from my past experiences they have kept a ‘clean’ bounce area standard.
The play area is a bit on the pricey end and the café food area is nice to have for a mini retreat from a party or meeting area. Take advantage of their frequent visit deals!

Came in after hanging out in Dave and busters, a bit refreshing since spending an arm and a leg previously. Great spot and surprisingly bigger than I would have thought. They offer games and refreshments with an entertainment room for parties. Only saw one room so I would hope they’d offer more given the area. What’s pretty awesome us that they have unlimited access to their bounce areas which is awesome, downfall is there is no seating for the parents. Not a killjoy, but more of an inconvenience. They have two areas for the kids to enjoy, with the second located in back for the younger smaller kids. It’s a great alternative to Dave and busters if you don’t feel like spending too much and the arcade games won’t cost a mind blowing fortune. Didn’t check out the refreshment area but did watch the game, so fathers no need to worry they have tv’s if your worried about missing the action.

I will have to give this place a two star rating. Two for the fun factor for my girlfriend’s son and that is about it. .
This place is stuffy, cramped, and lacks seating for the tired parents who bring their children to play. It is stuffy because there are just so many people packed into a small space with children running around back and forth trying to hop into the jumpers. The only oasis we found was the are reserved for those children 42″ or less. This smaller jumper area had stairs to sit on and ventilation. The bigger bouncer area did not have any seats. We were either forced to stand to sit on the ground while waiting as the benches were few are far between. I am betting that this placed opened to compete with Dave and Busters as the lower cost alternative.
I would only go back if he wanted to go back or if invited. Otherwise I would stay away completely

I just came back from here for my son’s friend’s birthday party – the place was spacious, clean and affordable. The location was convenient, too, being inside of the Great Mall; so parents could go to the mall while waiting for the kids at their birthday parties.
Most importantly, my son had a blast. There were variety of activities, such giant inflatable slides, jumpers and arcades. My son’s favorite was the basketball inside a jumper.
We’ll be back.

Toddler section– because there really isn’t much supervision at the place, some big kids end up making their way into this area… so if you have a toddler be sure to watch them very carefully or they might really get hurt. That’s coming from my tip of this place.
Here’s my review. When we walked in it reminded me kind of like a Chuck E. Cheese where there were tons of games. Then, when you walk more inside you’ll find the counter to purchase tickets to enter into the bouncer area. We have a toddler and the price for him to enter was reasonable just for the toddler section. They gave him a wristband to wear and we were pointed in the direction of the toddler area. The place had lots of bouncers of so many different sizes. It looked like a fun/​hazard/​crazy zone for kids. The toddler section or section reserved for those 42 inches and below had 4 bouncers of different sizes. I really think that most of them were inappropriate for my two year old son because they were either too high for him or were filled with super tall and grown up kids bouncing, sliding, hitting, climbing all over the place. The bouncers all looked fun so we decided to go on them with our toddler to support him through the climbing, sliding, and bouncing. He had a blast and so did we. The only downside was that the play area with kids is monitored with parent supervision. We did not see employees monitoring the play area. It was unfortunate to see some parents either on their cell phones sitting far away from their children and not even looking at them or they were in another area of the facility. Hence, some kids were either hurt or too rowdy. So, if you do venture to Bounce-​A-​Rama, do note that it is a fun place to be. However, monitor your child to make sure they are safe.

My 4-​year old LOVES Bounce-​A-​Rama. Me? I’m okay with it, every few months. We went today, since it’s the last day of winter break, and found a ton new bounce houses and a new layout. It was pretty fun to watch him exploring all the new stuff.
The only problem is that they seem to have done away with the little kids area. The back still has easier bounce houses but nothing for the real little ones now. Since we often have a variety of ages with us, I was kinda disappointed with that.
But being what it is, Bounce-​A-​Rama is a fun, though pricey, day out for the kiddo. We rarely make it 2 hours for the almost $ 30 we drop on 2 Jr. bounce passes and a handful of tokens. It’ll be more expensive if your kids are 5 and older. Meh — all in good fun every few months. If it were more affordable, we would likely go more often.

My son was very severely hurt in his ribs and had a big bruise on his head due to adequate signs not setup at the big kids bounce area. The manager Jonalyn was hard to reach and did not refund my Bounce a Rama monthly pass that was bought the same day. In spite of this event happening in the first five minutes of the ride the kind of reaction from the staff was insensitive and lack lusture. My son still gets pain in his ribs every time he jumps and the staff are not taking responsibility for what happened. Please be careful with your kids, this place is not as safe as they would like you to believe.

I love this place for my 7 year old. I love the huge area of multiple bouncers (separate one for the little ones). Separate arcade and a food area that isn’t bad.
Since I’ve been taking my kid here for the past year, they have remodeled the pay area for the better with quicker service. The bounce area entrance is better managed too and appears that kids can’t escape easily.
Great place to get the wiggles out and benches for parents to monitor or zone out to their phones (I really wish parents wouldn’t do that).

Ok so you should not leave ur child by themselves there and go shopping for a new pants for her because she urinated in her pants. At the same time the husband is paying with the other child and tells a stranger to watch ur kid, who in turn leaves the kid alone because it’s not her child. WTF? It says not to do this at the entrance. After witnessing this, a little annoyed at these people, but my son had a blast.

I just had my sons 5^th birthday party here and this place exceeded my expectations.
Please keep in mind that I was an event planner for 10+ years so my expectations about customer service and attention to detail is probably a lot higher than the average person :-)
My point of contact from booking to final details was Jaime. He was absolutely wonderful, easy to work with and very professional. I spoke with him only a matter of 2−3x and was on the phone with him for an hour each time. He never rushed me and always answered all my questions pleasantly. Mind you, I only wanted to deal with Jaime and specifically asked for him every time I called. It was also a bonus that he did extra special things for me, even when I had not asked for them… thanks again Jaime, you ROCK!
I had the party on a Saturday from 1030−1230pm in the checkers room. I chose this time and room for specific reasons. 1) almost all the guest were under 5, thus probably still napping. Therefore, I thought timing ending at 1230 was perfect. 2) since it was so early, less people; which means more of the place to my party. 3) parking was not an issue, come after 1230p and parking is a pain. 4) checkers room was spacious & easily accessible from every angle of the floor space (downstairs room, fits up to 40ppl?).
The day of the party, my hostess was Alexis. She was amazing! She was easy to work with and was on point with everything that I had asked for (and believe me it was a lot!) From an extra table, to specific placement of the cake, pitchers, pizza, appetizers etc, just to name a few. She even did a few things that went above and beyond which is always a plus to me :-)
I changed the timeline from what they normally recommend and things panned out still very smoothly. After an hour of jumping, I preferred food, cake and tokens directly after one another and I’m glad I did. It went flawlessly. You never have to waive anyone down to gather all the guests, they make an announcement over a loud speaker. So convenient!
Pizza was pretty good. Not the best (but I don’t expect it at kid party places) but not horrible. Also ordered a veggie platter and Caesar salad and it was good :-)
The luxury of having your party here is not only do they clean up for you but also pack up all your food and gifts. They even provided me a wagon to push out to my car and I unloaded everything which was so helpful! ****Btw, don’t forget to make sure you tip your hostess too!
Only a few minor hiccups but nothing that couldn’t be fixed right away. No salad forks were in the room as guests started eating and token cards weren’t working. AC needed to be cranked up in the room. Blah, totally not a big deal though because they fixed all this in a blink of an eye:-)
the only suggestion I made was that they should invest in a cake cutter set (they use plastic). It makes cutting the cake less messy and more presentable. But maybe it’s for safety reasons they don’t? Regardless, you can always bring in your own too.
After the party, many of the parents texted me and said they had a blast. Some that have never been, mentioned to me that the place was clean, versus some other jumpy house venues they’ve been to. Others that have been there a few years back said the place changed, for the better. Looked newer and a lot more cleaner as well.
I hope this review helps anyone considering having a party here. I definitely give my stamp of approval on everything: service, food, price point, cleanliness, fun and safety!

Me and my husband was planning my daughters third birthday party when we came to bounce A Rama for the first time. We met two sweet, very helpful ladies named Kitty and Christine. I wasn’t fully committed if I wanted the party their but they didn’t make me feel like I was a waste of time since I was asking a whole bunch of questions. they were very friendly and accommodating.
after a few days I met with the store manager Jaime who was very friendly and offered outstanding customer service while we we’re planning the party. He made sure that we would get a good experience by going above and beyond. We ended up getting bounce a Rama for her birthday.
With the consistent great service I received I would definitely come back and recommend this place to all my friends.

We held my grandson’s third birthday party here. We had children aged two to age 9 attending. Plus at least 18 adults! What a fun time we all had. It started with an amazing party planner… Joy. She helped us set up the room and made sure everything was taken care of and that everyone was having a great time. She definitely understands what makes customer service. She had great suggestions about the amount of food to order, kept the cold water coming, and facilitated every part of the party. Speaking of the food I expected cardboard pizza and watered-​down drinks. Actually the pizza was excellent (I found out they make the dough in-​house) and they even had veggie trays available. This is the most relaxing birthday party we’ve ever held! And I think the kids had the most fun! Lots of extras came with the package… Signage, balloons, plates and cups and utensils, souvenir bands, and cards to play the video machines.
Jaime the manager is very accommodating and wants to make sure you had a great time!
I’m one pleased grandmother who, for once, isn’t so exhausted after the party that I want to go home and take a nap! Instead I’m out enjoying the rest of the afternoon.

I took my toddler here instead of the park because of the weather. Awesome, but they didn’t get 5 stars because they should put in lockers and regulate the bigger kids going into the smaller kids area. Needless to say, if you can go on a weekday in the morning you find the place super crowded.

My wife and I planned a party for my son and my daughter. As you know, when you do a double booking for a kids party, it can get a little crazy.
We had planned this party two weeks ago. At the last minute, about half of the people we invited could not make the party. My wife and I had spent a pretty penny for this party and were a little disappointed that a lot of the children and parents we invited could not make it.
We expressed our concerns to Jonalyn. It only took a moment for her to think it over, and she offered to award our children, all day bounce passes. We felt very happy that she realized that we had spent allot of money, and by offering our kids full day bounce braclets, felt we were getting our money’s worth.
I wish that more establishments would be concerned about the value their patrons receiving a bang for their buck.
We are now sure to tell friends family and coworkers about Bounce-​A-​Rama and the wonderful employees.

Good bounce place for the 6 and under group… not that much to do, 2 bounce rooms, one for little kids one for big kids & an arcade that takes tokens. Our first time here and I’m not sure we will be back. :(

The family wanted to come here today to let the kiddos blow off some steam (aka tire themselves out so much that they’ll sleep easily!). So I actually didn’t know what this place was all about. When I entered the doors on the outside, I saw arcade games! Fun! Reminded me Dave & Busters but of course for kids. They serve pizza too and well, also the attraction which is the bouncing slides.
I downloaded the app quickly as you can claim 20 extra tokens. There’s two different prices for folks that are taller than 42″ and less than. A wrist band is needed for kids to go in to bounce. As an adult, you can go in and out as you please but as much as you want to bounce on the apparatus… you can’t. Though I did see parents go with their kids. There’s a full section in the back for smaller kids the «jr» section.
The arcade has the attraction of getting tickets from the games. Best game is the spinner like wheel similar to the Price is Right. Biggest bang for you tokens. Then I think it’s the bull dog with the balls. Do not place the popcorn game… it’s tough and you can really only get 1 – 2 tickets for 1 token.
Overall pretty fun… for kids. Not so much for the adults as you’re constantly making sure the kids are ok and that they’re not getting into fights with other kids!

Fun reward for kids but I wouldn’t return without some coupon to incentivize the price. Straight posted rate is $ 12 under 42″, $ 15 over 42″. $ 5 each for return bounce pass but still to much $$$ for essentially 1 hour of entertainment. Comes with 5 free tokens.
The pizza is mediocre snack shack fare. Only eat it if included in the coupon. The games are overpriced but then again all arcades are overpriced relative to Chuck e cheese where all games are $ 0.25.
Probably the best of all the south bay bounce houses with proper public hours. Looking at you, Pump It Up.
