These guys are fantastic. Easy to work with, help you with designing the best plaque or trophy, prompt, high quality, reasonably priced. Don’t bother going anywhere else!

I came in with a tiny order (2, $ 5 trophies) and half-​thought I’d be laughed out of the place – it’s not in a retail location but business park. But the woman behind the counter asked what the award was for (a small speech contest) and she knew just what to get from the back room: a trophy with a man next to a lectern. Perfect. Friendly, personal service, and I’ve got two trophies engraved, where I would otherwise have had hand-​scrawled paper certificates as awards.
I’m definitely coming back.

Russ and his team did such a beautiful job on an important plaque for one of our board members. The quality of plaque and Russ’s hands on approach for detail and messaging, made this a really easy project for me to work on. I will definitely be back for future projects. This place is Awesome! Affordable and willing to listen to the customer. I would highly recommend this shop for any engraving needs. I went to other places and none compare to their customer service and quality work. They earn 5 stars from me, because I’m a happy customer.

This is the only place and probably the last place where I will go and do business with when I need award plaques engraves. People are very helpful and friendly, the price is reasonable, and technically engraves wherever satisfy your needs. Not like other places around San Jose area, they have plate fee instead of extra charge on each letter. I can put as much as many words I want as long as they fit on my award plaques for $ 11.

I had an unusual request, to engrave a message on a computer drive disk. Russ went out of his way to accommodate me, neither of us knew if his laser engraving process would work on this material. It did and came out beautifully and at a reasonable cost. I highly recommend hem.

I started using them a few years back and have never looked back or for that matter looked anywhere else. Customer service keeps me coming back, I always feel like I have the only job in the house and that they have time for me when I know the orders are backed out the door. Don’t waste your time looking around this place is the best.

I used them for a work order this week. We needed a couple of plaques quick and we only had a budget of $ 50. Awards to the Wise came through and was able to turn around something really quick for us and it cam in under budget. They are super helpful — they even re-​did our company logo because it wasn’t high res enough for the plaque. I will def use them again.

I went to Awards To The Wise is search of an awesome gift for a beloved co-​worker who was retiring. Russ showed me the CRYSTAL awards and I just about passed out! It was GORGEOUS !!! When it was presented to our co-​worker, everyone was in awe of it’s beauty and elegance! These people know what they are doing!

If you’re shopping for corporate awards, these people are great to do business with. Very professional, responsive and customer service oriented.

This review is based on a phone inquiry only. I called several area trophy shops looking for 4 plaques for student awards. Of course, I waited until the last minute and need them in 6 days, by Monday.
Awards to the Wise was my 5^th or 6^th phone inquiry today and let me tell you, I was getting pretty discouraged. And then I called Awards to the Wise and Russ answered the phone. Let me list some of the reasons why this turned my frown upside down:
1) He didn’t sound rushed or impatient (unlike several others I spoke with today who were clearly answering the phone at the retail counter of a busy shop).
2) He was personable, friendly, and had a great sense of humor.
3) He was totally understanding and didn’t do any finger-​wagging or make me feel like a jerk for having such a short turnaround time.
4) He offered a price point is going to get me MORE than what I thought I could, at the price I want to spend.
5) He is ‘net savvy and will be doing all the initial design and proofing by email, allowing me to stay at work and continue getting things done rather than interrupt my day to make a trip to a shop.
I tell you, if the rest of my experience is HALF as good as the initial phone call, I’m going to be one HAPPY CAMPER.
If not, never fear my fellow Unilocalers, I’ll let you know. :)

Great place to get almost any kind of award done!
Owners are very friendly and accommodating, especially for tight schedules and last minute awards!
The award selection is great and they do a great job!
Oh! they also make nameplates for office doors and can medals!

I was also in an engraving emergency and needed a plaque for a farewell group gift. I was almost all out of hope until Awards to the Wise came to the rescue. Their turnaround was amazing. Russ was great to work with, and I too looked like a hero when we presented this beautiful gift to our colleague. I would definitely go back again and again for their service and products.

I agree with the praise found here on Unilocal.Pat and Russ are friendly, professional and flexible with your needs. They have the broadest range of products I’ve seen anywhere, and their high-​end products are, well, exquisite! Unlike other stores I’ve shopped, I’ve never encountered bureaucratic rules, rigid lead times, minimum quantities or frustrating time constraints. The store location on Main Street, just off Montague, is easy to find and access is great. Pricing is very competitive. What more could you ask for?

Great service! Family owned and operated. They have many options to choose from. We got our products in less than a week. The prices are best in this area. Can’t find a better trophy/​awards/​promotional place. Will always come here.

I love this place.
I was in an engraving emergency and needed some engravings done immediately. I called this place and they gave me the fairest price and fastest turn around time. There was less than 24 hours for me to complete the engraving and they were able to help me out.
They were so nice that I think I’ll start coming for all my future engraving needs.

I love Russ and his staff! I have used this business three times in the last year to order plaques various Bar association awards, and they always come through for me! Their awards are beautiful and I’ve gotten a lot of of compliments on them.
Their service is top-​notch and they’re great about responding to e-​mail inquiries! Once, I made a spelling mistake in an awardee’s name and they were able to correct it for me the day before the event!
