The Farmers Insurance Group of Companies is a personal lines property and casualty insurance group providing homeowners insurance, auto insurance, life insurance, and financial services in the United States. It is the third largest insurance group in the US servicing over 10 million households in 41 states. Farmers Group Inc. is headquartered in Los Angeles, California but is 100% owned by Zurich Financial Services based in Zurich, Switzerland. Tyler and Leavey had both grown up with rural backgrounds and believed that farmers and ranchers, who had better driving rates than urbanites, deserved lower insurance premiums. During the 1920s, farmers across the United States were establishing their own mutual insurance firms and cooperatives in order to have less expensive policies. They recognized that these farmers, ranchers, and other rural drivers were an overlooked market and wished to create their own auto insurance firm.

Business Owner

As an immigrant, I strive hard to pursue an education with a BS degree in Accounting with a concentration in Business Administration. I am involved in my Asian American community, volunteering with my fellowships, and expanding the knowledge behind the Asian culture. With English as my secondary language, I have trained myself to work extra hard to improve my oral and written communication skills to master the concept and to better communicate with my clients from all walks of life. I enjoy servicing my client’s needs knowing that I have exceeded my normal duties and getting to know my clients on a personal level.

My goal is to continue to provide extraordinary customer service to every one of my customers in the most welcoming and respectful manner. I would not have succeeded thus far if it was not for the trust, support, confidence, and LOYALTY of my clients!
