I highly recommend Lynn for waxing! I am very very pleased with my brows and my underarm wax! She is extremely friendly and makes you feel comfortable! I like that they have a private room for waxing even if your just getting your eyebrows done. Prices are reasonable and their hours are very accommodating and they take appointments also. I have gotten so many compliments on my eyebrows! They offer all body waxing brazilian, bikini, leg, arm etc.

I was in great need of a manicure so I decided to get one after work. I remembered how great my first experience at Ridley nails was and emailed them to make an appointment. I also called to follow up but no answer; I figured I was okay since they advertised to make an appointment online. I get to the salon and there people waiting as expected. I sign in and as I’m waiting I hear a woman talking to the owner(I’m assuming) and the woman said that she left a voicemail on the answering machine to cancel an appointment. Then the owner proceeds to say«we don’t check voicemails on Monday nights cause we’re so busy.» Lol… Okay. So the receptionist asks me what I needed done today, after I’ve been sitting there for 10 minutes, I told her that I emailed to make an appointment. Then the same woman(owner?) says, we don’t check our email. I couldn’t help but laugh out loud… Why on earth would you advertise communication online when you don’t check or respond to anything?! I asked how long it would be and the receptionist said 25 – 30 minutes so I got up and left. Overall, the establishment doesn’t really care if they inconvenience their customers and customer service isn’t important. I probably won’t come here again. I went home to my local salon, was sat immediately and the staff is so polite. Why pay for horrible customer service and a manicure when you can spend the same amount of money for a manicure and great customer service?

I had an appointment for 2:00 to get a French manicure polish. I arrived early and they took me back right away. The language barrier was pretty big, but somehow the girl understood what I was asking for. I didn’t need her to file my nails and push back my cuticles because I already do that, so all I needed was the polish. She painted my nails in 5 minutes(perfectly) and I sat under the dryer for 10 – 15 minutes. I looked to make sure they accepted cards when I came in and they did, but upon checkout I was notified of a $ 15. minimum. I told the girl it was ok to charge me $ 15 since the polish only cost EIGHT dollars(you’ll never see that in the city!!) but I noticed on my receipt that she only charged me the $ 8. The only complaints I have are that the parking lot is tiny and the inside of the shop smelled very strongly of chemicals. I know it’s a nail salon, but I think they need some better ventilation. I’ll be returning, that’s for sure. You can’t beat an $ 8. perfect polish job!

Went here with my mom to grab a pedi and fill. Cute little place. The pedi was pretty good, the chair was fabulous and I usually don’t pay attention to it but these are pretty good. They didn’t offer any upgrade on the pedi which I usually go for so I just got a regular one. He did a great job, just wish the massage was longer but don’t we all? The fill was perfect, he listened to exactly what I wanted and cut it down to the length I requested. I usually get push back when I ask for the nails to be short. He understood. Overall, not bad. $ 40 for pedi and fill.
