Founded January 1, 2000, AlleyCat Towing & Recovery was created by Joseph Heidenberg, Sr. as a family owned and operated business. Starting off as a very small modest company, with only one truck and two employees, AlleyCat Towing quickly grew a very strong, positive reputation for quick, courteous service. The first contract obtained by AlleyCat Towing & Recovery was with AAA (American Automobile Association), which is still held strong to this day.
