Founded by well-​known yoga instructor and NY native Coco Teodoro, Cocomotion offers a special style of yoga that helps people breathe deep and move more.

Cocomotion is an excellent studio with knowledgeable teachers and awesome music. You might find yourself humming or singing along. But that’s ok because Coco probably will already be singing and/​or dancing.
Coco and his teachers are genuine yoga teachers. They want to help you get stronger and help your unique practice evolve.
This fabulous studio is about not taking yourself so seriously. It is about having fun and getting healthier. There is a wide range of ages and ability levels that practice with Coco. I am in my 50’s and have been practicing for about 7 years. I have only recently started practicing with Coco, and he has brought my practice to a whole new level.
I highly recommend trying out Cocomotion. You won’t be disappointed. This is not a heated studio, but come prepared to sweat as if it was.

This is a super, awesome, fantastic yoga studio. Coco’s energy and passion for yoga is contagious! His classes are fast paced, fun, challenging, and always set to a great playlist. If you have a chance to take a class, definitely do it!
