I purchased a Groupon for a colonic. I was there within the grace period, which was supposedly fifteen minutes. The nurse stated that I was there a minutes after fifteen minutes. I looked at the time and informed her that I was there within the fifteen minutes. She was very rude and unprofessional. I asked to speak to the manager. She stated with an attitude, «I am the manager.» So I requested to speak to the boss. She began texting someone. I asked her if I should wait for a response. She shook her head, «yes,» and had me sit there for the next twenty minutes. The gentleman who worked there even apologized on her behalf, probably because he felt so embarrassed for her rude attitude. I then asked her if I should continue waiting to speak to her boss after waiting for such a long time. She looked at me with a nasty look, and said, «I don’t know? Maybe.» I thought to myself this lady has the worst and I mean the worst customer service skills. I mean considering you are providing a service, one would assume that you would want the business to grow, but obviously she is not the owner, so she probably doesn’t care if clientele continue to never want to come back. I called groupon and explained exactly what happened. I received a full refund. I would have gone back for more colonics and even other services, as I see they have many services available, but with that kind of attitude, I will never provide them with my business. I will make sure to never recommend them to anyone for fear that they would receive unprofessional service as I did. I will never return to that place.

This whole business is one big scam from their Botox to their unhealthy diet. If you buy a grouon voucher they use Botox or dysport that is old or watered down stay away!

Not a professional place at all. I should have known when they scheduled me via a text message. what are we teenagers? Then they did not call to confirm, so I did. at 8:50am the day of my appointment, for an 11am appt. A mid-day appointment requires people to rearrange their schedules, as I had to! The place was a 45min one-way drive, so I wanted to make sure they had me down. It was confirmed I was on the schedule. Arrived at the office, the girl did not have any record of me, but I could see she was texting someone regarding my appointment(her boss. the same person that confirmed my appt that morning). She received a return text from him saying that the doctor was not going to be there until 1pm. 2 hours late. AREYOUKIDDINGME? This place was totally unprofessional, the office is not nice and I should probably be thankful that I just walked out instead of waiting for them to botch my procedure. I would never recommend this place, nor would I return.

Very unprofessional if you happen to come here with Groupon. They knew my Groupon is expiring 2 days prior to my appointment but didn’t bother to let me know they wouldn’t honor the Groupon and I have to pay more. If u could not give any star I would. That’s how u loose clients. Very disappointing.

Extremely nice and professional staff. They patiently explained the procedure and did their best to make me feel comfortable. The office was clean and comfortable. I recommend and may be back.
