Arthur Greyf, DDS FICOI

I recently went to Dr. Greyf for a root canal which surprisingly ended up being painless. I was referred by a coworker and I did not think switching dentists would make such a difference, as it ended up being more than I could ask for. Dr Greyf is simply proficient at his work. The hygienist, Jency I believe, was gentle and very friendly, allowing the visit to be comfortable. At the front desk, Sherin was extremely sweet and helpful, adhering to all my concerns, as I had many of them before the procedure. Katrina also answered all the inquiries I had regarding the billing. I find no reason to not switch over to Dr. Greyf as my new dentist. Thanks again guys!

I try to avoid the dentist at all costs. One because I absolutely hate the dentist and two because I am constantly working. But eventually, I realized I needed a few fillings so I decided to go check out Dr. Greyf after my friends raved about him. From walking in, I was met by God sent angels in Sherin and Joy at the front desk. They were both understanding of my schedule but also did a great job of placating my concerns about the process. Then I went to see Jency whose cleanings felt nothing more than a tickle, God bless her. Afterwards I met the man himself, Dr. Greyf. Dr. Greyf did three fillings for me and I wish he did more because the entire procedure was painless and he made it a pleasant experience. Great man. After all was said and done, Cat took care of my bill and accommodated me while dealing with my new insurance policy. Overall, this was a great trip to the dentist and I know who exactly I’m going to call for my next visit. ¹⁰⁄₁₀

Dr. Greyf and each and every staff member are great! I’ve been treated since 2012. Unfortunately I had a lot to get done but it has been very smooth. Very helpful staff. The office is very clean. Definitely recommend him.

I think the office’s practice is scamming either by overcharging me or taking advantage of my consent to order certain supplies which is NOT used by me.
I was his patient for 2013 and 2014.
1. Each time I visited the dental office, I made full payments for whatever amounts they asked me to pay right after the service. However, I kept receiving bills from his office for balance claiming that my dental insurance downgraded the service without paying what the plans claim to cover, therefore, I need to pay the difference remaining. Therefore, I visited my dental insurance website and went through all the dental claims submitted by his office. It turns out that instead of having any balance with his office, I have been overcharged both for 2013 and 2014
2. Another thing seems sketchy is that the office discussed with me to order certain antibiotics to put in my «pockets» after my deep cleaning, which I agreed. However, I found out later that they ordered more vials than what I needed for the treatment without letting me know. The explanation provided by the office was that they ordered more just in case I need it later, which I found very odd. What does «just in case» mean? Why did I have to pay certain copayment in advance for something «just in case I need»? When they discussed with me about ordering the antibiotics, I was under the impression that they would order whatever I need for the treatment. They never mentioned anything about ordering extra just in case.
3. I visited the office after reading the great online reviews hoping to have Dr. Greyf as my dentist. However, most of the time, the procedures were performed by other dentists in his office, which I understand they need practice to grow professionally, however, I hate to say that they were not good. One of my molar teeth was messed up bad after a filling although the dentist was very sweet.

My family and I have been going to DNA Dental for almost ten years. Dr. Greyf has done bridgework and dental implants for myself and my husband. His work is excellent. He answers any questions you may have and is very patient. The office staff is very friendly and professional. Katerina is so helpful with any insurance issues you may have. The newest addition to their team, Dr. Razkalla, is wonderful.
I had a crown replaced yesterday in one office visit as they use the Cerec digital technology system which is amazing, instead of sitting and getting a mold made and having to make multiple visits.
I highly recommend DNA Dental to new patients if you are looking for a dentist in this area!

Like most people, I dread going to the Dentist. But I Love DNA Dental. I have been going here for over 6 years. Dr. Greyf has done my root canals. He made what could be a painful traumatic experience as comfortable as possible. The pain I felt went away with ibuprofen, which he have me in the office. I also, love the fact that he has the latest dental technology in his office. He makes your crowns right there, in 15 minutes! No taking a mold of your mouth and coming back in a few weeks! The staff is super friendly and nice. And you are always seen within a few minutes of your appointment time!

Another perfect visit to Dr. Greff!!! Today was implant surgery and honestly I felt nothing and feel nothing more than a little Tylenol can fix!!! He the Dr to see! No other!!! And the Nancy Katrina and the hygienist Jinsey !!! Pleasant!!! Thank you again DNA dental!
