We offer group Pilates classes and private instruction on the mat and all apparatus; LeBarre; willPower&grace; yoga; holistic health counseling; massage therapy; and acupuncture.

Most if not all instructors are Pre and Post Natal Pilates Specialists. We offer pre and post natal classes including Baby & Me on Thursdays at 10:30 a.m.

History

Established in 2013.

Most of the instructors worked together at a Pilates studio in Maplewood, NJ which has since closed it doors. Our loyal clientele missed their favorite fitness classes and instructors and were encouraging us to carry on together. Then the most amazing space literally fell into our laps. Due to the high demand for our services, Mindy Catron, Tara Roscioli and Gwen Swanson Vigorito decided to partner together and create the Align Wellness Studio. We brought all of our instructors with us and have expanded our services.

Stars literally aligned for this to happen… that’s how we got our name!

Tara is one of 3 Align business owners. She is a fully certified Pilates instructor as well as the resident holistic health coach and owner of Highway 2 Well, LLC. Tara is a former attorney and enjoys helping other professionals lose weight, have more energy and find balance in their lives.
