Stephen Chan – State Farm Insurance Agent

Stephan Chan has been my agent for over 15 years. Stephen and his staff is very helpful, trustworthy, and friendly. They are very patient and upfront about my coverages and explains their plan terms very well.

I have Stephen (now his son Michael) as my agent since I can remember. They’re so helpful and patient during a crisis, even when it’s not crisis mode, they’re still helpful and patient with explaining things. They don’t rush and I could ask as many questions as possible. They really do a good job creating the «state farm» experience for me. Thanks Stephen and Michael!

I have multiple cars and my business insurance with this State Farm office. Steve Chan saved me over 70.00 dollars a month with my business insurance. Great friendly atmosphere, easy to talk to and very trustworthy.

My goal was to get car insurance in 24 hours for my new car. I shopped around, asked for quotes online, over the phone, through email and created an excel spreadsheet with all 32 quotes from insurance companies and the possible permutations of insurance coverage (bodily injury, property, medical, etc).
Of all the insurance companies I’ve spoken to and came in contact with, this company was the most honest, the most patient and didn’t push me to purchase coverage I did not need. I shot the agent 4 or 5 emails with different levels of coverage and he was more than happy to run the numbers for me.
But this is not to say that you should go into buying car insurance blindly without having done your own research. If you want a great deal and make this process less painful, do your research, understand the terms and what coverage you get, and ask the agent questions! You’ll be more happy with your final decision =)
