Wagstaff & Rogers Architects

Eric Rogers is extremly knowlegable and talented. He recalled that my home in San Rafael was in a flood zone. He knew of this program wherby FEMA would grant me up $ 175,000 to lift my home out of the flood zone. Yes a Grant… Free Money. I am currenty in the qualification process for this grant. WIthout Eric’s knowlege and care I would never have had this opportunity.

Although I haven’t had W + R design my home, I work closely with their business in other matters and can wholeheartedly say that both Brock and Eric are thoughtful, thorough and talented. They are attentive to their clients, listen to them, work with them to resolve any conflicting opinions (read: husband and wife disputes/​wars). Their business is built on being helpful to others (imagine that in this day and age!). And their designs are obviously beautiful.
Fair, creative and experienced. Done, done and done.

I’m writing this review to strongly recommend Wagstaff Architects.
Brock and his team have great aesthetic judgment and a deep knowledge of how high quality residences are built.
They worked very closely with me to design a home that is both distinctive and livable. I have some experience in building homes and they were very good at making the process easy. Many Bay Area cities are well known for being difficult when it comes to getting through the planning and design review process. I wanted a firm that had the right experience and know how to meet these challenges. Brock’s team guided me through the bureaucratic process with great aplomb.
Everyone at the firm expresses creative energy, attention to detail, strong work ethic and a sense of humor … all of this ensuring the success of a project.
This is my first experience with Wagstaff Architects and I commend them to your notice.
