Dr. Au-​Yang graduated from UCLA in 1971 with a Bachelor of Arts in psychology, and from Palmer Chiropractic College, Sunnyvale, in 1984. In 1978, she attended for one year the Masters Program in Psychology/​School of Psychology at San Francisco State University.
