Still getting a collections notice even though I never scheduled an appointment and never have been there. They think its ok to make me pay, even though it is in their error. The staff is horrendous to talk to over the phone and I am so happy that I never did go in. Why do they want to drag this on? Don’t they have work to do besides call me? They actually said ‘just pay it even if you didn’t make the appointment’ WHAT?

Dr. Shefrin is exactly what you want in a neurologist — patient, attentive and thorough. As the first reviewer said, she really takes time with her exams and listens to everything you have to say. Highly recommended.

Wonderful experience, She listened, took notes and asked great questions. More importantly, she didn’t send me out for unnecessary tests. She did an exam and took the time to help figure out what the problem was. I got a full hour with her and not the usual 10 minutes with the hand on the door knob, like so many specialists. I really felt that she cared and wanted to help me.
