I was lucky enough to find Ken through an internet search for «Top Broker Tiburon.» We were moving from San Francisco, so I had a good sense of the comps in the area. I needed someone who not only knew the houses available in Tiburon but which houses «might» be available if we made the right offer to the owner. After listening to my criteria, Ken showed me 4 homes before he hit the ball out of the ballpark. We had an off market deal signed within 30 days of my initial call. We worked with Ken and Pat during the recent purchase of our very first home.
