Chef John Reyna and Manager/Sommelier Chris Lamm met at Cavallo Point. During their time working together, they built a remarkable working relationship. While performing tastings for clients, John and Chris saw an opportunity to improve certain elements of the dining experience. The Pair inspires to make any event more enjoyable, without restrictions or boundaries. John serving beautiful cuisine the way you desire and Chris complimenting the cuisine with that just right wine pairing. Both Chris Lamm and John Reyna have over 20 years of experiences.

Manager
A native of Tacoma, Washington, Pair Events Catering principal Chris Lamm began his wine and service career in Las Vegas, Nevada. While studying Criminal Justice at UNLV, Chris discovered his passion for delivering an extraordinary experience of food and wine. His subsequent pursuit of industry excellence led Chris to some of the top restaurants in Las Vegas, Orlando and Miami and the achievement of first level Court of Master Sommeliers. In 2008, Chris realized a life-long goal of living near wine country and the innovative culinary culture of San Francisco, moved to Mill Valley, California. Since moving to the Bay Area, Chris has worked at some of the city’s finest restaurants, including Michelin starred One Market Restaurant and Cavallo Point.
When not executing the finest possible pairings of food and wine for Pair Events, Chris spends time exploring the back roads of wine country, building relationships with vintners and bringing his extensive experience and knowledge to restaura
