Cookies n’ Dirt is a licensed home based child care and preschool program. I specialize in offering flexible child care in witch Parents can choose the days and times of care they need.

Cookies n’ Dirt kids learn through play, art, culture, and friendships as well as going out and about instead of being confined to a classroom or house all day long. It a Family model of care as opossed to an institution.

History

Established in 2002.

I have been in the Early Childhood field since I was 15 years old– I’m now 34. I started Cookies n’ Dirt in San Francisco and ran it for 5 years as a program to help at home Moms that needed a break. There was nothing for the Mom who didn’t want to stick her kids in daycare all day but wanted them to learn and socialize. After that I helped to start and run the childcare center at UCSF Mission Bay. After having my Daughter in 2007 and taking some time for her, I started Cookies n’ Dirt again.
