My experience with this couple who run this store go beyond and above to help me get what I need. I have been using this cleaners for 12 years. They are reliable, friendly, and they deliver. I can easily find parking here. It appeals to me to have less chemicals used in the process of cleaning my clothes.

Clean Look Cleaners is the best in Mill Valley for sure!
They do an excellent job, prices are competitive, customer service is outstanding (they know the name of all their regular customers), their location is super convenient with parking right in front all the time, they are kind, honest, hard working people, and they are green! What more can you want? Well, if you really want more, they also do some tailoring and they always have a little stash of treats for my dog (and for sure this is his favorite errand to run).
I have been using Clean Look since they opened 10 years ago and have had only great experiences. I have been more than grateful on several occasions where I’ve needed some urgent service or special garment care and Yong and Kim have always come through.
I highly recommend them as your neighborhood cleaners.

The vitupertive review by Pamela S below can NOT be reconciled with my many experiences (and other reviewers, looking at the rating). They are lovely people, do great work and NOTHING about them suggests scam artists, despite what Pamela would like you to believe. A look at the facts and the review falls apart. (Make sure to read owner response). Can you REALLY believe they mistook Brooks Brothers shirts for a woman’s shirts? And they counted 18 but it was really 9?. Devil is in the details! Worst is the strong implication that these are uneducated people who speak a crude, cartoonish version of English. Not true. Someone needs a long time out in the corner.

This is a family run dry-​cleaners. The owners are very friendly and remembers me when I come in. The clothes come out great and I’ve never had issues with them. The prices are not cheapest but they are a green cleaners and their prices are pretty reasonable for Mill Valley.

They should be called «take you to the cleaners» cleaner! I took in about 9 shirts of which 5 were men’s shirts. There were Brooks Brothers pin point cotton, neck and arm length right on the collar. Women’s shirts are S, M, L…not by collar and sleeve size. They charged me the price they charge for women’s shirts, which of course is twice as much! The owner kept saying, «No they woman’s shirts». I told her they are my boyfriends shirts for heavens sakes. She kept saying, «no fit on machine»… I was charged $ 100.03 for 9 shirts and a pair of pants! Yes they are a green cleaners alright, as in we will take all your green… they are convenient to where I live but I will go out of my way and take my business elsewhere!

They took a pair of my jeans, did some magic alterations, and they are now my fave. I cant believe how nice and friendly they are too, and the prices cant be beat, at least i havent been able to find any better in the area. I really appreciate great work!

They are the best cleaners ever. Not only are they the NICEST people, but they do an amazing job for a fair price. I had a catastrophe of grand proportion… marinara sauce splattered across 4 silk drapery panels (good god don’t ask). They got them back in shape! Honestly, I thought the drapes were gonners; but this place returned them to me spic-​n-​span. AND they run a completely environmentally friendly business — beyond just the cleaning techniques.
