Camp Funderblast is a day camp for 4 – 11 year olds. We support kids in being their best! Your children will swim, go on nature hikes, do art and play active games all while being in an environment designed to support them in feeling safe, seen and loved. We support your kids in thriving. Even Moms and Dads will want to hang out at Camp Funderblast which was founded by long time camp connoisseur and Mill Valley native Veronica Cowen.

We have two locations in Mill Valley: Scott Valley Swim & Tennis Club at 50 Underhill Road, and Homestead Valley Community Association at 315 Montford Avenue.

Established in 2013.

Camp Funderblast started at Scott Valley Swim and Tennis Club and is excited to have the chance to impact even more kids in Homestead Valley!

Meet the Business Owner

Veronica C.

Business Owner

Veronica Rae Cowen, a Mill Valley native, has been working at kid’s camps since 1998. She helped create Camp Doodles, taught 3^rd grade in Thailand, and is now happy to be bringing her passion for summer, fun and children to Scott Valley & Homestead Valley.

Veronica graduated from UC Davis in 2004 and has spent the past years traveling around the world, running camps and teaching meditation and awareness classes to kids of Marin. Veronica is grateful to continue sharing her love of the world and possibility with Marin’s youth.

This summer as an exciting opportunity to give the gift of joy and positivity to all the families who come to Camp Funderblast!
