My fiancé and I just purchased our first home thanks to Bernard Link! He brought to our attention a condo in Mill Valley that we weren’t aware of and patiently navigated us through the offer and counter-​offer process. Ultimately, we closed below asking price! He is extremely knowledgeable about real estate in Mill Valley and it was fortuitous that he had just sold a condo across the street from ours. He helped throughout the closing process by coordinating with inspectors, escrow officers, loan officers, etc. He is extremely genuine and we never felt we were being «sold» on anything. We would highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy a house or condo in Marin!
