History

Established in 1991.

Bob Demartini, Inventor of Gutter Helmet who resides in Flat Rock, NC, invented the concept of Gutter Protection aka Gutter Helmet. Originally purchased by MASCO, changed hands to HART & COOLEY, and sold to SEMCO in 2006. Gutter Helmet has been the industry leader in gutter protection. Gutter Helmet of WNC was established in 2002 by Alex Bond and Anita Adams. Alex Bond sold the business to Brian Friel in 2006. Anita Adams remains as General Manager. Gutter Helmet employs 7 full time staff including Installers, Administrative Assistant, Customer Service Representative, Owner, Three Full time Certified Gutter Helmet Installers. Manager

Anita Adams has been employed by Gutter Helmet of WNC since 2001. She has assisted the company with its growth by handling its advertising, interviewing and hiring staff, and in 2004 became the General Manager of the company, overseeing all the day to day tasks.
