History
Established in 1995.
The Hearing & Balance Lab was originally located in the Providence Mill Creek Medical Center but outgrew the location. In 2010 the practice moved to a 5000 square ft. office in the Sydney Plaza, the center of Mill Creek.
Meet the Business Owner
Michael Mallahan, Au. D.
Business Owner
Dr. Mallahan has been the director of the Hearing & Balance Lab, P.C. since 1995. He was born and raised in Everett. He was instrumental in establishing the first county wide newborn hearing screening program more than 18 years ago here in the State of Washington. He is regionally recognized for his expertise in providing assessment and direction of rehabilitative care for patients with balance disorders.
Dr. Mallahan and his wife Laura have been married for more than 30 years and have 3 sons. He is an avid soccer fan and enjoys coaching, playing and refereeing in local soccer games. He is president of a local soccer club and of course, is a season ticket Sounders supporter. Dr. Mallahan’s greatest joy is serving children in Guatemala with medical mission teams through the Healing the Children organization.
