Nail Palace

I have been going here for the past 4 years. Longer then I have ever stuck with one place, everytime I go somewhere else I regret it. BY FAR BEST NAIL PLACE EVER. My nail lady has done the most amazing designs, from Minions to sea hawks. Every employee is nice respectful and everyone can do amazing nails. DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY GOING ELSEWHERE COME HERE!!!

I have been coming here for ten years now. I love the owner Lynn and her husband Jonny. They have always done an amazing job on my nails and toes. They are more expensive but you get what you pay for and I like quality. I have been to other salons when they were busy and always regretted it. Thank you Nail Palace for always being consistent.

First time to The Nail Palace and it was great. Massage was nice and long and she even used hot stones. My technician took her time and did a perfect job. Will be back if I’m in the area.

Best so far since moving to Seattle, ladies are super nice and funny if you see a spot that your not even worried about they fix it. I brought a picture and they did exactly! Only recommendation I have is order some cz diamonds!

This will be a progressive review. I have been to the is spot a few times. The owner lives in the neighborhood, so the idea of local business support is great. The place is conveniently located just off 164^th in Mill Creek. The shop is next door to a local family owned jeweler of which pulls some high end clientele. The location is prime, but I don’t think the shop is taking advantage of it. There is not a lot of attention to the décor, it is clean but shabby — definitely not at the caliber it should be (given being in Mill Creek).
At this place I typically get pedicures and have been lucky to get the same person each time. I think that I solidified this on my first visit. She did a great job and I tipped well. I have paid attention to the work being done by the other technicians and had chosen not to get a manicure based on who was available (no attention to detail… I have natural nails so can’t comment on the other services).
I chose to get a Shellac manicure yesterday. I have never had shellac so am testing out the hype. My manicure was so, so. I have had better for cheaper. The shellac is great. It dried fast and is beautiful — but this is not a review of the polish. The technician said it will last two weeks. What I know is that the longevity is in part based on the application skills of the technician.
So to the progressive part: I will update my review based upon how well my manicure and paint wears.
⁸⁄₂₃ — beautiful, smooth, uniform coverage.
⁸⁄₂₄ — am: beautiful, uniform, bubbles have appeared on my right index (2) and left middle fingers (2). pm: I cleaned the bathroom sinks, toilets, washed dishes, repotted 3 orchids, scrubbed the oven, all without gloves, per my usual way and there was no change.
⁸⁄₂₅ — no change. I got a lot of unsolicited complements at work and the shop got two referrals.
⁸⁄₂₆ — bowling… perfectly the same. Wow… I have done the all but plant bulbs and the polish is still rocken.
Clearly this is a good application, thus a good job by the technician. 4 stars because the shop needs some TLC.

Went in for a fill and color change and a simple Fourth of July design not much when I sat down she looked at my nails and asked why I wanted a fill? Ummm isn’t that the normal routine after about two weeks your nails start to lift or grow out anyways come down to painting my nails I got a simple red color on all four fingers and wanted a cute little design on my ring finger when I shows her the design she looked at me like I was insane and said I can do the design not that one but something similar (why would I want «something similar») then She made me sit for 30 min to put my clear top coat on because she had to do a pedicure because they were getting busy when it could have take her 4 min to finish my top coat and I could have been outta there by the end of it all it looked like a 3 year old had painted my nails sloppy rushed and not cute at all and might I add a bit over priced $ 20 for a fill and $ 5 more for my crappy design for that price I could have gone to everett luxury which is my usual only go to but picked a spot super close to home won’t be coming back sorry

Came here for a Gel Manicure. I think the going rate is about 25 and it was 30 here. Not a big deal, but nothing really special for the extra $ 5. Place is a little more cramped and dilapidated then the two places it have tried inside town center. They did have a large number of Gel/​shilac color choices so that is a positive. Everything about the service was fine. They accept CC, but not AMEX. They are open on Sundays which is a plus, I may or may not be back… just haven’t found my nail home home in WA yet.

Walked in for a pedicure. After waiting for nearly 15 minutes soaking in water I felt I was going to pass out from the fumes. Not sure which bothered me more.

Descent prices and the same for service. Most nail shops like this one have little to no English speaking employees. But my mani/​pedi came it well. I brought in a picture on my phone of what I wanted to avoid any confusion.

First, im usually not the to complain, but this place in not professional, I needed a mani-​pedi and the place I wanted to go was booked, Well, at first it was going great until they started to pile in people. I don’t know if its hard for them to say, «sorry we are busy», but kept on telling the women to take a seat and started rushing. My pedi was fine, she did everything she was suppose to but at the end, i didn’t like the fact she kept on leaving to help «new clients»
I wanted to get acrylic for nails and oh boy, she was rushing, didn’t trim, clean or do anything to my nails, just stated gluing then on! Then she asked me something I didn’t understand and I asked to repeat herself and she just smiled. At the end the nails looked ok, not the best ive had, also since she was in a hurry, no massage, nothing, and the client before be got a 10 minute rub. oh and to make things worse, instead of $ 72 I was suppose to pay, she charged me $ 98. I was shocked, I was like $ 98, and she goes, well i asked if you wanted gel and you said ye? I have no idea what she was talking about, but, you live and you learn. Don’t make the same mistake I made. DO NOT COME HERE.

First time here and had a great experience! I will be back.

If you’re looking for the best pedicure, manicure or waxing, then go see Lilnh at the Nail Palace. She is fantastic. I only recently discovered her and wish it was years ago. One thing I love about this salon is they don’t pound on your legs when they’re done with your pedicure. Never could understand why people do that and why people let them. You will not be disappointed if you go see Linh!

I’ve been going to The Nail Palace for over 10 years. Linh is hands down (ha ha) the BEST nail artist I’ve seen since I started getting my nails done 20 years ago. She is fast and great at the pink and white fills. The salon is always clean, and the rest of the staff is friendly. Linh can also wax your brows if you’d like, and the pedicures are thorough and well done. I’d recommend this place to men, women, young and old. Linh and Johnny speak good English, as does most of the rest of the staff, so don’t worry too much about that other review. These are good people.

I started comming here when I moved to Mill Creek in 2002. I just walked into to do my eyebrows. I liked it a certain style like done in India with a thred. But I did not like the feeling, so I started with wax and the girl is so professional and nice that everytime she shapes my eyebrows, they look so perfect. Sometimes when she is too busy I have gone to other places in MIll Creek and they always do a horrible job in my eyebrows. For eyebrow waxing this place is the best.
