Wonderful customer service, quality craftsmanship and creative design. We bought our wedding rings @ Mill Creek Jewlers 20 years ago and are loyal customers to this day even though we have moved out of town.

Stay away from these hacks !!! I had these hacks replace the prongs on my wife’s engagement /wedding ring. The ring was 20 years old, and they suggested we have the prongs replaced as they were wearing. I had them replace the prongs, and within 6 months, the diamond fell out and was lost ! The Diamond was worth a LOT ! These hacks took no responsibility and I’m out many $ thousands! I had them expand my(mens) wedding ring as it was getting tight — they actually cut the band to spread it out, used some super cheap solder to cover up the gap, solder wore out and now I have a split on the ring that keeps pinching my finger — but I wouldn’t dare take it back to them. Brought a moderately expensive watch in to get the battery replaced — idiot behind the counter scratched up the watch case trying to figure out how to get it open, than just handed it back after they noticed the scratches they put on the watch and said they couldn’t do it. ANYTHING you take in will be damaged by these hacks and you can be out thousands of $ and they take absolutely no responsibility for their shoddy work !

I was in the area looking for an honest jeweler for an opinion and setting of a stone. I’m telling you they are top notch! They have a gemologsit and appraiser on staff. They are kind and professional. I would encourage anyone to go there! I live an hour away and I gave them my business and will continue to do so.

My wife and I met with Donita at Mill Creek Jewelers. We wanted a new wedding set that combined the diamonds from our original set and ones from an anniversary band I had given her a few years ago. She helped my wife by showing her many examples, we decided upon a design idea that combined all diamonds into a cathedral shape, we were able to revise the shape to include bigger diamonds on the side arches, a mounting for the emerald cut in the center above the rest, and then had the ring recarved from wax for approval. The ring is awesome, like an astonishing work of art. It reflects all the light into the side diamonds rising up into the cathedral arch focused into the emerald cut one in the center. It is quite elegant and singular. The price was reasonable and it took about 3 – 4 weeks from start to finish. Wonderful jewelers, nice shop, and Donita has quite the eye for creative design.
